Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The apartment is very cozy, well decorated and certainly very comfortable. You can do most things on foot, there is no need for a car, everything here is close! such as the beach, the Bardot waterfront, the statue of the 3 fishermen, Rua das Pedras. On the waterfront you will have access to the most popular beaches!! Quiet place that offers what you need. There are good shops with a pharmacy, markets, greengrocer, snack bars, restaurant. We don't have a garage, but we have a very safe street.
