I always enjoy my stay here, it is a go to spot for when I’m in town, which is often. The host are professional, and personal at the same time as well as communicative and receptive. You won’t make a mistake booking this Airbnb home.

Bryan's place was unexpectedly comfortable and homelike. It was spacious, well stocked, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It is tastefully and eclectically decorated as described, not cluttered, at all. The artwork is so interesting! We were grateful for a drip coffee maker and the provision of whole beans and a grinder. Also, the stove was gas rather than electric , which we really liked. Bryan was responsive and checkout was the simplest we have experienced. We would highly recommend renting Bryan's place

Only problem was the A/C unit would shut off randomly in the middle of the night making it uncomfortably warm and during the day. Would walk in and the house would take a while to cool down. At night made it uncomfortable to sleep. Not a dealbreaker but did report it and hopefully the issue will be fixed for the next guests. I would still stay there again.

Lots of bedrooms and space. We had two families stay. Quiet neighborhood but minutes from the city for food or even Starbucks down the road. We stayed for an LSU graduation and wasn’t but a 25-30 min drive from LSU.

This was a lovely place to stay. Everything was as it looked in the photos. The communication was very quick and clear. Highly Recommend staying here.

This was the second time we stayed here. We had a great time. Pool liner needs to be repaired but dint keep us from having a wonderful experience.

I booked this BnB for my June wedding weekend and it was exactly what I wanted. The house was exactly as pictured. Octavio was very responsive even though I had months before I would check-in since I booked it in December. My girls and I stayed here and we all felt safe. Highly recommended staying here.

Amazing listing in Baton Rouge. My family and I came in town for a graduation and this home was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed everything about the home. Plenty of space for a large family to move around effortlessly! We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to the area. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Melindas place exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, relaxing, and she provided so many little things that made a big difference. Everything we could have needed was there. James was a great host. Very communicative very responsive, if I needed anything he was one message away. He made sure we felt right at home and got us anything we needed which wasn’t much considering he made sure everything was set up perfectly. The rooms were neatly made, had space for all our clothes and personal items and suitcases were easy to store away. Washer and dryer definitely made things a lot easier I loved that the most. Kitchen was set up amazing had everything I needed. Lastly the air conditioning was perfect for that Louisiana heat. Thank you for allow me and my family to use your home for our stay. We were happy comfortable and felt very at home. We truly appreciated everything.

Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Jan’s. The unit was very charming, clean, and also cool inside which is a big deal in Louisiana at this time of year. Jan is a wonderful host, friendly and a great communicator. The location is awesome! Lots of nice spots in walking distance. Minor thing but I appreciated the great water pressure in the shower. :)

This is Our 2nd Year in this home, and again just as before we loved it. Enjoying beautiful scenery beside the creek with the fish & waterfowl is lovely. The pool table & game room gave guests something inside to do. Nice atmosphere and neighborhood. We are already thinking of doing year 3 there next year.

Really liked the place, pretty close to a lot of restaurants, mall, and much more to do! It’s a great area to stay. It was bigger than expected as well so it’s a really good place to stay with the family, will totally come back! Extra points was that I really liked the smell of the shampoos and hand soaps!

Lovely property as well as proactive, hospitable host! Kris had good availability for our needs, shared concise and good instructions, and was fast and friendly in communicating. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that also allows for easy access for wherever you may need to go. You can tell he’s pro from the spotless and comfortable home all the way to the streamlined and very convenient experience. 10/10 would recommend and would book again! Lastly, I left a personal item at the house after check-out, but Kris was understanding and allowed me to retrieve it — thank you again, Kris!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the house. Very nice and clean, also had a lot of space. Loved the lake side view.
