We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa. It was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — right across from the beach and just a short walk or taxi ride into Rethymno, which had loads of great bars and restaurants. A lovely lady (so sorry I can’t remember her name!) welcomed us and gave us a tour, and the company sent us brilliant local recommendations and even checked in the next day to make sure we were happy. The villa was ideal for our group of four — super comfy beds, great privacy, and a gorgeous pool that was cleaned daily. There was even a concierge-style text service for anything we needed, which was so helpful. It really felt like we were being looked after. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had — peaceful, comfortable, and so easy from start to finish. We’d love to come back and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful breathtaking villa. Everything was designed with such thought and detail. Both adults and the kids felt so at home for the week and it was the perfect base to explore more of the island. Local village with some great amenties is walkable (just down a very bumpy/ dusty road) Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Athina, she organised all our taxis and food deliveries. Will be back again!!!

Super sweet people. Everything was well arranged. Despite the sandstorm, they really gave a top service. We even got pizza as an apology, while they couldn't do anything about it. Very sweet. Definitely a villa to go to sometime.

A fantastic house with wonderful sea views and all the comforts! Tastefully decorated with good quality both indoors and outdoors. Very private location without visibility. Lovely balcony with pool, parasols and outdoor furniture. We were personally received in the house at the appointed time and were given a tour of the house and all its features, as well as a basket of specialties from Crete. Walking distance about 5-10 minutes to Plakias with shops and restaurants. The only thing we wished for was a few more hooks to hang clothes on.

this is a great Villa to stay at in central Crete that made it easy to branch off to many other areas of the island the best part was the Villa itself with its swimming pool and the views. great place to stay close to the small village of margarite. highly recommend it's got to be one of the best places to stay in all of Crete. Michalis was a great representing host.

Where to begin! We were at first greeted by Georgia who is without a doubt nothing but a superhost! No ask too big or small, always around to help with anything and everything. With outstanding hospitality and attention to detail as well. Every recommendation was perfect and helping us out with a taxi for a night in the local city was very helpful indeed. 5 Stars!! The villa was immaculate. Super clean and very beautiful inside and out. Everything inside feels tasteful and perfectly thought out. Then outside all the furniture and outdoor kitchen equipment is excellent as well. To have a sea view and the view of the mountains is incredible. There is absolutely no place you would rather wake up. The only downside we could ever have was not having more time to stay! I cannot fault Georgia or this Villa in anyway shape or form. We loved every moment of our holiday here and can’t wait to come back as soon as possible. The whole booking and organising process was a breeze too!

Absolutely fantastic! The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The view is breathtaking, and the pool is absolutely amazing. The place is equipped with everything you need – nothing is missing. I especially want to highlight the host, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in—and I’ve stayed in many around the world. As a picky germaphobe, I was so impressed by how spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed the villa was. The views are stunning, the outdoor space (pool, jacuzzi, grill, and deck) is a dream, and every detail—from the linens to the lighting—was just right. What made it truly special was our host, Georgia. She greeted us personally at midnight, made us feel genuinely welcomed, and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her warmth, helpful tips, and thoughtful surprises added so much heart to the trip. The location is peaceful and beautiful—ideal for relaxing and disconnecting—but still close enough to explore charming towns, beaches, and amazing local food. A rental car is definitely needed to get around and fully enjoy everything Crete has to offer. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. This place is truly a gem!
