One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

10 min from Lago di Braies

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

Our apartment is in a very quiet and sunny location close to the Italian border, surrounded by breathtaking nature in the beautiful mountains. Let yourself be enchanted by the unique mountain world of the Dolomites with fragrant alpine meadows and clear mountain spring water and spend a relaxing holiday in the East Tyrolean Puster Valley and its surroundings. The most beautiful, attractive Drauradweg [Drava cycle path] passes in the immediate vicinity of the Binderhof.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The 29 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area with a king-size bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. The Bachlaufen Haus, at an altitude of 1310 meters, next to a stream, is a holiday home consisting of six apartments located a short walk from the center of the village and about 800 meters from the Monte Elmo cable car (2433 m), from where multiple ski slopes depart. Apartment 2 is very spacious and comfortable, consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a balcony and a bathroom.
