Monthly Rentals in Prazeres

We had a great time in the Airbnb. The view of the sea is great. The kitchen is very well equipped. Only the range of the WLAN could be improved, as it does not reach the upper floor.

This place is beautiful and peaceful. It is about an hour drive from Funchal, but there are lots of little towns all along the way. We had a wonderful stay.

The hosts were super responsive and amazingly offered us an earlier check-in time as their cleaning had finished earlier that day. The place was spotless and well stocked with everything you'd need to feel at home and having a dishwasher & washing/drying facilities made things feel so relaxed and the BBQ & hot tube was great to have for the evenings. The view was beautiful, and the house was a perfect size and location for a little romantic getaway. It isn't a long journey to get to areas like Funchal or Porto Monis, and there's a large number of PR walks nearby, too.

I had a really great time on the island, especially due to the (completely renovated) villa and its isolated location. The villa and the garden are VERY spacious, very quiet (except when neighbors chicken were in a bad mood ;-), it was absolutely tidy, the interior was almost new and the pool with its views on the surrounding area was fantastic (could see the sunset every day as it’s on the westcoast). Dalila was very comforting, nice and always available. I had many Airbnb’s in the past but this one was one of the if not the best so far! 100% recommendation for people who like to stay away from the big cities and enjoy a quiet time. 50 minutes / 55 kilometers to the airport and 25 minutes to Funchal by car. Supermarket 2 minutes from the house. Thanks Dalila & all the best Patrick
