A few steps from the historical center of Český Krumlov, in a well-maintained villa from the First Republic, we offer a spacious, sunny, newly renovated apartment for sleeping and relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Our Chalet Almbergblick offers luxury & relaxation with a hot water hot tub and infrared cabin. In the cozy bedroom with a dormer, two electrically adjustable box spring beds (90 x 200 cm) provide comfort. An LED TV (24/26'', including Netflix) is available. The 25 sqm living room has a couch, dining table, LED TV (48'') & electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with tub, shower & TV. The private terrace with hot tub invites you to linger. Breakfast basket included.

Pension Na Špičáku - Apartment with Balcony

This spacious 65-m² apartment with a balcony features 2 separate rooms. One room has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a TV, a sofa, and access to a balcony overlooking the Castle and Český Krumlov Chateau. In the second room, there are 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, and a dining table with chairs. The room has one private bathroom with a corner bathtub. The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be accessed by stairs.

Mountain chalet 3

Our mountain farm chalets blend harmoniously into the hilly landscape of the Bavarian Forest. The chalets were built according to old carpentry and joinery skills. Furnished with the flair of traditional materials, such as stone, fine fabrics and wood that is over 300 years old, some of which is used again in the custom-made furniture. Each of the 3 mountain chalets is at ground level and therefore barrier-free. The mountain chalet 3 has a living space of approx.

Apartment in the premium resort Lakeside Village on the shores of Lake Lipno in the village of Milná near Frymburk.The modern furnished apartment with all amenities offers three bedrooms. In two of them there is a double bed and in the third bedroom there is a bunk bed. There is also a living room with a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with a toilet. There is also a large terrace with barbecue.The apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building.

The tiny house "Unser Großer Tiny House" is located in Mayrhof and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot can be provided.
