Residential area with pretty facades, facing the waterfront promenade, the Saint-Nazaire bridge near the fisheries. How can you not fall in love with such a place? On the 2nd floor of a small building with only 3 apartments. This apartment will charm you. Very nice living room facing the sea with modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with sea view, shower room, toilet. Very bright.

In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!

This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.
