Kleines Wohlfühl-Holzhaus

Brauchst du eine Auszeit oder willst du den nahe gelegenen Radweg sportlich nutzen? Hier kannst du wunderbar relaxen aber auch aktiv sein. Das 36 m2 große Blockhaus hat eine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer, einen Vorraum sowie ein Badezimmer. Davor befindet sich eine große Terrasse, wo du auf den vorbei fließenden Mühlgang siehst und von viel Natur umgeben bist. Bis zum öffentlichen Bus in die Innenstadt sind es etwa 700 m, dein Auto und auch Fahrräder kannst du direkt bei der Unterkunft abstellen.

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
