Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Prescott Valley

Very cute place - great proximity to downtown Prescott, walkable to shops and restaurants. Great outdoor space for both the people and any pets if you bring them. We would definitely stay here again.

Just Right! While the house had more than we needed it is a fantastic size for a family. Our dogs loved the patio to watch wildlife and get fresh air. The kitchen is great too. Our bed was very comfortable. The house was close to everything especially the university - just a short 10 minute drive to all the graduation activities. If we come back to the area we will stay here again! Thanks Spencer!

We stayed 2 nights at Corrie's place while we were in town for a wedding. It was cozy and fit our needs perfectly. Frankie greeted us and was so sweet. She and I played fetch with her stick, the next day I threw her ball for her a few times. I had to go in and do a few things and when I opened the door she had left her ball there for me. She is the best hostess. While we stayed there a hummingbird came up to the sliding glass doors - it was awesome. We loved seeing the horses across the road. We had to leave at 545a and one of the horses walked over to watch what we were doing. As far as the home, it was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and we sat out on the patio for some time and enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness. We would highly recommend staying here and would want to stay again if we are in the area in the future.

Or family had a wonderful stay at the home! It has to have the best view in Prescott by far!!!! Amazing house and amazing host. We could not have been happier staying there!!! The house made our trip very memorable! Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay there!

This was probably one of our favorite stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. from the location and the amenities everything was top-notch. The home was very clean inside and out, and communication with the host was perfect. Walking distance to all the fun downtown and a super cozy spot to come back to. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This cute little space was exactly what I needed for a short getaway to Prescott. I have stayed so many places and would rate Lindy 10/10 for a perfect air bnb hostess. She is friendly, honest, and responsive. The space had everything I needed and it felt like home! I would love to stay here next time I visit.

What an amazing hidden gem. I absolutely love staying here. Its private, peaceful, and safe. I love that its right next to the lake and very close to all shopping/restaurants. Kerrie is an amazing host and always responsive when I need something. This has become my little home away from home. They have a beautiful gazebo outside which you can enjoy the amazing views and peaceful surroundings.

Natalie's place was sparkling clean and everything was brand new - with a well-stocked kitchen, nice layout, super comfortable bed, and a large modern walk-in shower with great water pressure. We were in town for a wedding and were close to the venue and were very comfortable with our infant. The laundry and streaming TV were a plus. Highly recommend!

Jon’s place was perfect for our family’s weekend getaway. Having a kitchen with pots/pans and cooking oils/seasonings is extremely helpful as I do cook a few meals when we travel. The bed was firm but comfortable and our son slept without any issues on the futon. Although the bathroom is outside of the unit, it was not an issue at any point. We never had a problem with finding a parking spot directly in front of the building. Location was great and conveniently walkable to downtown.

The home was beautifully decorated and peaceful feeling. The views from the dining area were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and everything we could need was there. Will definitely consider staying there again on future visits.

This is a unique, adventure! We loved Jim’s Garden, and the style and design of the space. The quiet apt is on top of a hill with fantastic views and a velvet chair with ottoman on which to watch the sunset. The antiques are complemented by the modern remodeled kitchen and bath. Enjoy!

2nd time with Melanie. We attended the Reata Pass auction across the street. Convenient for us. Mexican restaurant is always good. We had a little issue and was responded to with in minutes. ALL GOOD

We had a great stay! It was a great location to be close to everything but in a peaceful, quiet spot. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Melanie was a great host, and the condo was exactly what we were expecting. In the description, Melanie talked about the possible road noise because the suite we stayed in was right on the road. Since we were out most of the day, it wasn't very disruptive. Plus, the traffic doesn't really start up until about 9:00 am and dies pretty quickly after 9:00 pm. The location was what we were looking for--ever so slightly off the beaten path--we didn't want to be in the heart of downtown Prescott because we're early-to-bed, early-to-rise people and didn't want to risk noisy nights. It's only a 5 minute drive (if that) to downtown. And there's a coffeehouse/cafe within easy walking distance--The Cove that has outstanding coffee!

Melanie was an amazing host! It's the cutest little spot & the outside area feels very cost & private too. It's a beautiful building & the decor was really perfect, I stayed in the corner room #3 & enjoyed lunch one day outside in my little private corner patio too... The shower water pressure is excellent & hot. The bed & pillows are like a spa. I stayed 3 nights & it was dreamy! I actually extended my stay adding on the last night after I arrived... It's 5 min or less to the Rodeo grounds, local night life... Quiet at night, you can hear some things during the day... Very nice area. I'll be back for sure!

Jerome was one of the stops on my birthday trip this and this place is a hidden gem. Brandon’s place was very welcoming and in a great location. The views are like no other. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the Jerome/ Cottonwood Arizona area.

We had a great time in Prescott. We were able to enjoy the beautiful walk from the airbnb straight to downtown. We felt safe and comfortable while we stayed at Sunny's airbnb. We will definitely book in the future for another great vacation.

Melanie’s place is great! The location is perfect if you’re looking to explore the downtown area (which is worth exploring). There are a lot of rules for the stay and the upstairs unit was very loud. But the house itself was pristine and very worth our time!
