60 m2 apartment (with 2 bedrooms, for 4 people max) on the 2nd floor of a stone house and located in the center of Le Conquet. Completely refurbished, new bedding, all comforts. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (small granite staircase slightly narrow to access it) which is also the charm of the old houses of our beautiful region. 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the port (departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène). Exceptional location on the Crozon peninsula for this apartment overlooking Morgat Bay and its beach. In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.

This old barn was completely renovated and extended in 2024. Our goal was to showcase the existing heritage by adding a touch of modernity. You can enjoy a spacious and bright living space and go to bed watching the lights of the Pierres Noires lighthouse In summer, you can have an aperitif and dinner on the perfectly sheltered terrace while enjoying the sun's rays.
