This place is so worth the money, the host is responsive and always happy to help with any questions you have. The place was clean and had lovely facilities incase you forgot anything. Beautiful garden. Train station not to far away. We stayed for Parklife festival and was easy for us to uber to and from the festival every single day. Parking wasn’t an issue either. would recommend.

We had a great stay at Sumayyah's place - Great value for money, exactly as described, and we felt right at home! Sumayyah was very accommodating as well, providing toiletries, Tea and Coffee - Great host!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

Nathalie was incredibly responsive and accommodating to us during our stay. The space was fantastic and the surrounding area is both visually stunning and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was great from the start, and the home itself is absolutely beautiful, cosy, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent too. Sarah, her husband, and Joey were so lovely and welcoming, and their gorgeous dog made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this stay, would love to come back!

Can’t thank Eve enough for her amazing communication and accommodating our early check in time. The flat was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Absolutely everything you’d need provided for your stay and a shop just across the road which was very handy! Will definitely be back when in the area again!!

From start to finish our stay was very enjoyable, Phil was very responsive to messages and even came to help us with the TV that had some issues and was super friendly. The apartment was spacious and ample for us both with a large shower which was helpful with my knee i had twisted. The appartment was a short drive from the seafront or was told around a 20min walk. Its also so close to local shops, public transport and a good proper english pub that was super cheap compared to the prices i am used to back home. I think the only things that i would change would be the towel sizes, bath sheets would of been wonderful. The other thing i would change would be to concrete or put slabs from the gate to the door, trying to get 2 massive suitcases filled with 2 weeks worth of clothing to the front door was a little bit of a stuggle and not being able to wheel them on the gravel path. Overall I would come back and highly recommend others to stay here. Great value, great host!! Thank you 😊

What a place! Far better then my fiends 4* hotel. 4 mins walk frim the winter gardens, 3 mins walk to the shopping centre, 9 mins walk from Blackpool North train station. So clean and tidy. I slept on the sofa bed and had a few goods night sleep. I couldnt fault it. Towels, bedding, kitchen fully fitted (utensils etc). I will stay again!!!

I recently stayed at this accommodation and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing that home vibe. The location was perfect, with easy access to local amenities. Host was very helpful and clear with the instructions on how to check in. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Exactly as described. Set up with everything needed for a self catering stay. Central location to shops and beach. The flat decor is a little tired but was clean and comfortable.

I stayed for a weekend and I was amazed by the place, it was incredibly clean and professional. The host was very helpful and responsive. If I were to go to Preston for a weekend again I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful host. Extermely helpful and friendly. As a single woman on a work trip I was unfamiliar with my surroundings. Oves was incredibly flexible, friendly and offered to assist with as much as possible. The flat was easy to find and as described. It felt cozy and was a home away from home for a few days. Nicest host I have met!

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

Beautiful apartment over 2 stories. Lovely large lounge and dining area. 5 minute walk to the town centre with all the shops, pubs and restaurants.

stayed for a total of 5 nights, spotlessly clean and space large enough for 2 people. off street parking, so quiet, well stocked fridge with jams milk etc. I really liked the bedside table that included to USB charging points. will definitely stay again when I am next visiting

We spent 2 nights in this apartment while visiting friends in Blackpool. The apartment is fantastic - spacious and well appointed, with the highlight being the living room which has huge windows looking out over the sea which is approximately 500 metres away. The owner sent us detailed instructions before arrival and we were asked to ring him as soon as we arrived, so that he could go through various features of the apartment with us. Overall, the communication was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in Blackpool.

What a beautiful place to stay! Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful gem hidden away, felt like we were abroad. The decor and detail were designed with care and love. Immaculate rooms. Great friendly hosts. Will be back!

This flat was well situated for us as a family of 4. Its is clean and more spacious than we had imagined. There is plenty of natural light due to the big double glazed windows facing the road and the kitchen is nicely tucked away with all the amenities you need as a family. We have 2 young kids, so the location was perfect for us, as just across the road is access the the beach and a 12 minute walk to the pier/park/high street. Weather was great in May so we made good use of that. The only gripe is about the curtains in the master bedroom, they dont come all the way down to the floor (around 90cm off the ground). Too much light enters the room to have a late sleep in. Apart from that highly recommend it.
