The main room features a double bed and a sofa, a coffee table, a small TV (with cable) and a desk that can be used as a working place or a dinner table. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift available) of a beautiful ancient and quiet building in one of the fanciest neighbourhood of the city (between the lake and the train station). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.
