Our stay in Croatia was absolutely perfect, thanks to this spacious apartment right by the sea! The magnificent sea view from the terrace made our stay unforgettable. We loved having a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. Anton is a truly great host; he welcomed us with a lovely basket of local fruits and a bottle of wine, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you so much for an incredible vacation!

Pay attention to check in time of 17:00, as specified in the listing. We weren’t paying attention and it would have been an issue for us, but hosts’s son was there to let us in earlier. Big Plodine market nearby (by car) or Konzum on foot. Beautiful, quiet residential area right at the beach. Few tourists around here in late September. Appreciated the parking. Antonija helped with turning on the hot water heater and bringing us a replacement router when several of our devices wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. They left cold drinks, fresh fruit from the garden (which is gorgeous), local olive oil, Nescafé, filter coffee, cappuccino mix, etc. for us. Space is small, just as pictured, but worked for us two. Patio area was so pretty and breeze was great. Thank you Draško and Antonija!

I was in Rogoznica for the first time and would almost call it an insider tip. I really liked it, the apartment was great, quiet, great view from the balcony, good location. Everything was very easily accessible and the apartment is right next to the small church in the village, which is very special. Ana and Ivo were very friendly and attentive. Parking was also available on site. If I travel to Rogoznica again, I would definitely book the accommodation with Ana and Ivo again! Hvala Puno!

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. This is a magnificent property, with spectacular sea views and in a peaceful rural setting. The house is pristine, with modern appliances. we stayed as an extended family and it had three self contained apartments which meant we all had our own space and great communal areas. The pool was very attractive and the house is close to a stunning cove with crystal clear waters. The hosts were brilliant - responding quickly to all questions and checking in to see if we were having a nice time. we will definitely be back!

This is a super place to stay. An easy walk from lots of restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets plus excellent bakeries. It’s literally a stones throw from the sea. Quiet and Steve is a helpful, friendly host. We had a fantastic stay, thank you!

A place truly worth it's 5 star status ❤️ If you are looking for a tiny piece of the earth to hit that refresh button, on your own or with a loved one with just the gentle sound of the sea rippling up on the rocks then this place ticks the box ❤️. Be prepared for the odd naturist paddle boarding by and small yachts anchoring in at the bay each day but enjoy. Thank you to our hosts for a lovely stay 🙏

There were three of us in the villa with our daughter. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is an easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. The communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Very nice place! Everything is ultra clean and in good condition. The linens were great and the dock where we were able to sunbathe and this bath was perfect. The welcome was remarkable, full of small touches were made, wine, cheese, cookies, coffee and I skip it had been left at our disposal. Doris was very responsive during our communications, she is warm. We had a small gift when we left, a souvenir of the area, what a nice attention! Feel free to rent this place! Thanks Doris ❤️

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

This villa was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 young children and there was everything there to cater for us during our stay. The views, proximity to the sea, the pool were all perfect and we had a lovely stay here. We would love to come back! The only slight negative which is unrelated to the villa was that we stayed end of sept/beginning of Oct and the bar and restaurant in the village was closed for the end of the season. They would have added a bit of something extra to our stay, but was just unfortunate timing on our part

It’s a nice quite place, but you need for sure a car to go to the store. But private and nice 😊

The apartment was small but there was everything we needed. The view from the shared terrace was wonderful!

The host was very helpful and kind. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, it is very good that the accommodation has its own protected parking space. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, we had a great time. The accommodation agency is cumbersome to communicate and we've received conflicting information. On the information sheet, more information was misrepresented: check-in between 16-18, but as it turns out, we could have gone from 2pm. According to the information sheet, the listing doesn't have a hair dryer and towels, but there were both.

We loved our stay, the apartment was beautiful and the private spa just just WOW! Having a private hot tub, sauna and cold shower in your apartment was amazing after a long day of walking. Adrian and hrvoje were very helpful and responsive to messages and gave us clear instructions on parking, reaching the apartment apartment and how everything worked. We'd love to return one day and we would recommend the apartment and owners to anyone.

Marko and Odessa were perfect hosts! Their home is beautiful and just steps away from the sea! My husband and I enjoyed our time there very much and found it very restful. Marko was a fantastic communicator from the get go and had lots of local recommendations.

Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

We were sad to leave. We loved all of it, Lidijas Mum was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. Communication was very responsive with some great recommendations for local exploring. The apartment is very clean, a great layout with a great view from the sunny balcony. We would love to go again.

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!
