This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This is a newly constructed house on the beach with a beautiful view. The house is made of two apartments but they are separated and you have complete privacy. It's ideal for a family summer vacation in a quiet area but bars and restaurants are easily accessible by foot. You can access the beach straight from our garden and you can enjoy in the shade or if you prefer laying in the sun there is another beach 2 minutes walk from the house. We also provide free parking spot.
