Simply fantastic! The villa really has everything you need. Starting with the fantastic host Michail, who simply gives you the feeling of staying with friends, has an ear for everything and so many recommendations that you need months to see everything, the beautiful villa with super interior design, the great garden with pool to the roof terrace with jacuzzi. You won't miss anything! Peace and privacy? Absolutely! Toaster, sure. Cocktail set, there too. Iron, anyway. Washing machine, easy. Cretan spices and oil, check. Tea, there too. Coffee machine, of course! Just book! You won't regret it. I would spend my vacation there again at any time. Bonus: A super cute German shepherd lives in the next house. Go ahead and say hello to Oscar! He is very happy about a few strokes and company! Keep it up, dear ones! Great job.

Roula was an exceptional host. The house was lovely and had everything we needed, including a great outdoor eating area. The garden has beautiful plants and trees, and the pool is great. Being surrounded by the well looked after goats and sheep was charming and the sound of their bells very relaxing. The village has well stocked supermarkets and there is a fantastic local butcher too. You definitely need a car if you are staying here, parking and getting around Rethymno is really easy. We loved our stay.

Lovely place to stay, we loved it!!! Anastasia was quick to respond and very friendly. I would stay here again on my next visit. make sure you eat at the tavern at the end of the street if staying, great food and drinks!

Very nice AirBnB! Glad to come back! Communication with Kostandinos was flawless. We were sent a lot of detailed information about the stay in advance. The pool is nice and large and great for larger groups. Also worth mentioning are: the large roof terrace with a view of the sea, the outdoor shower and the barbecue lounge for relaxing evenings! Delicious taverns and the bus to Rethymno can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. It is about a 10-minute drive to the beach. We lacked nothing! The AirBnB is super well maintained, nicely decorated and invites you to relax. Highly recommended! The driveway is a bit steep. So please be careful here, so that the car does not catch up. After a few attempts, it's going quite well :) Thank you for your stay and see you soon!

This holiday was everything we wanted it to be. Our family includes architects and designers, we were all impressed by the well considered design, the detailing of the villa and the impressive panoramic views. We loved the contemporary approach and enjoyed the comfortable modern styling of the interior. The villa is totally private and the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful with plenty to explore.

After a long day with a delayed flight we arrived at the house and the stress of the day was actually gone, a beautiful house with a wonderful swimming pool A driveway behind an electrically operated gate and then a huge house, we felt like a king so rich We received a warm welcome and good tips on where to eat, and Stella (our Host) also arranged a day trip to Santorini where we spent a wonderful day But the most beautiful and pleasant thing was the swimming pool and the privacy that the villa offered us We enjoyed the swimming pool We enjoyed the house But above all, we enjoyed the hospitality of Stella and her father Manoli, and everyone who works in the background to make this beautiful place so special Also recommended for larger families or groups of friends We will definitely come back !

Wow, this is by far the most beautiful house we have stayed in. And we have been around the block (globally). Absolutely stunning! This is built for living the good life, great quality, every little detail one could think of was available. Would love to meet or correspond with the owners of this place, to discuss what inspired them to build such a marvelous house and how they did it. My wife and I would love to build a similar place. Vasilis as a host is on a different level all together. Very helpful and responsive but most of all someone my family and me immediately felt connected with. Vasilis is someone who could easily become our friend! Thanks to all involved here for providing us this opportunity to stay at this place. We hope one day to be back for a longer stay.

We had an amazing stay! The villa was absolutely luxurious – spacious, beautifully designed, and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was spotless and felt high-end. Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

Beautiful place, great for families. Lots of toys and even a potty for the kids! Cleaner came mid week which was not necessary but so great. Beach is a 3 min walk. Really need a car to get there which was fine for us! Thanks for everything.

We loved staying at Petros's place. The location is picture perfect and completely serene, coupled with the stunning views - perfect getaway gem. The villa is beautifully designed with lots of places to explore and hang out in. Petros is very accommodating and all around helpful from assisting us in setting up the outdoor speakers to offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. We had an absolutely amazing time and hope to stay at the villa again when we come back to Crete. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the villa - it was even more beautiful than described, with great views of the sea, beautiful pool, relaxed chill area with sun and shade. The rooms look like the photos and it's nice that each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. Stamatis came to visit us on the day of arrival, gave us tips and was also on site shortly before departure to say goodbye. Very helpful host. The villa is about 20 minutes by car from Rethymno - in between there are always large supermarkets. The city itself is super beautiful in the center with many incredibly good restaurants. The beach at the villa itself is not a highlight. We got in the car and drove past Rethymno to the large long sandy beach with many small taverns. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in a very nice, well-appointed Villa, with a lot of taste, very well-equipped and ideally located near Almyrida (very nice and family-friendly seaside resort). We were able to fully enjoy the large heated pool until the evening and the exceptional panoramic view of the bay of Souda and the mountain. It is a quiet environment, very appreciable for resting. Jeanette & Joha were very friendly hosts, very responsive and very good advice for sightseeing and restaurants. It is an ideally located location, close to the beach and restaurants of Almyrida and 45' from the center of Chania. We highly recommend this Villa and will return with great pleasure. Bridget & JP

The Airbnb was fantastic, very modern and spacious with an amazing view. The host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and also during our stay. One of the best Villa’s I have ever stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend choosing this for your stay in Greece. Only bad thing is that we had to leave to come back home!

We had a great stay at this villa. The amenities were great, beautiful location and only a short drive to the town nearby. The host even brought round homemade moussaka which was amazing. All in all a great place to stay with friends and would recommend.

It was a very good stay in the villa. Iwanis was easy to cummunicate and we had a great time.

This is a spectacular villa and easily matches the photos. One unexpected feature was that one of the two pools was shallow for the kids. That meant they could stand by themselves and they would play in it all day. The adults loved just lying in it too! Nikos was a great host. He welcomed us on to the property and was extremely responsive with our questions. He even delivered extra pool toys and Greek treats during our stay. The area is very private with a short drive to supermarkets and some classic waterfront restaurants. It’s also convenient to get to Chania airport. We loved our stay here as two families, it exceeded our expectations and would strongly recommend.

We have so many wonderful memories of staying at Giorgos's villa. The position was perfect for us. The pool is a good size for swimming, the BBQ space is beautiful, the beds are comfy, and the size/feel of the property is excellent. Ultimately the villa is a tasteful fusion of authentic Greek design - meets modern design. And, Rethinmo is the jewel of Greece. It's old-town, nightlife and food are unsurpassable, Raki Ba Raki 1600 is now our favourite restaurant having eaten there three times during our stay. Fab villa, great kit, wifi works well, pool beautiful, kitchen kit great. Needs air con or 2 more fans if really hot. Beautiful location & village. Goats go by once a day. Prines village bars are good. Looks a long way from town & beach but but only 8-12 mins.. Owner really nice.

We’ve never experienced an Airbnb like this – in terms of both the villa and the hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Eftychis and his wonderful mother – you made our stay unforgetable! We were seven people, including three children (one toddler), and everything was just perfect. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome! Eftychis was available via chat the whole time: kind, helpful, and always with great local recommendations. This place truly combines beauty, comfort, and care. We’d come back without hesitation.
