Holiday rentals with a pool in Procchio

Ottima villetta per godersi un po’ di tranquillità e di relax, in posizione molto comoda per visitare il mare. L’alloggio dispone di tutti i servizi per godersi un’ottima vacanza (parcheggio,lavastoviglie,aria condizionata,possibilità di mangiare all’esterno etc) Bella la piscina, con possibilità di fare il bagno anche dopo cena! Ottima la comunicazione con l’host

Wir hatten so eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sie ist wirklich sehr idyllisch, hat alles, was man braucht und ist wunderschön mit dem Pool! Für uns war es auch der perfekte Startpunkt für viele sehr schöne Rennradtouren! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder :)

Marta ist eine super Gastgeberin, herzlich und extrem hilfsbereit! Wenn man gute Archtigktur zu schäzten weiss, dann ist die Wohnung ein wirkliches Erlebnis. Aussserdem ist der Ort unglaublich schön gelegen und einfach perfekt, wenn man sich erholen möchte. Capo d' Arco besticht mit seiner familiären Atmosphäre, gut unterhaltenen Facilities und der wunderschöner Narur. Ich hoffe ich kann wiederkommen!

Villa Messina la rinominerei villa dei tramonti.. abbiamo trascorso in questa lussuosa casa una settimana e ogni sera abbiamo potuto ammirare tramonti spettacolari, la casa è di abbondante metratura con un grandissimo soggiorno camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno spazioso. Piscina privata con vista sul mare spettacolare .. siamo stati bene località molto silenziosa e tranquilla , appena fuori da Capoliveri lontana dal traffico ma comodo punto di partenza per visitare l intera isola .Davide è stato molto disponibile ci ha fatto trovare il lettino per neonati come abbiamo richiesto. 5 stelle + . Spero un giorno ritorneremo.

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Een heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige plek! Genoten van het huisje, de omgeving en het heerlijke zwembad dat uitzicht heeft over de heuvels/bergen! Magazine waardig. Sabrina en haar familie zijn ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Heerlijke plek om tot rust en verkoeling te komen! Dichtbij de zee ook! En heerlijk bed :)

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer! In der Anlage gibt es auch mehrere Pools, die aber erst ab 1.Juni zugänglich sind, war kein Problem….wir sind ins Meer gegangen. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, man kann gut kleine Mahlzeiten herrichten.

Wir haben eine Woche bei Italo verbracht. Die Wohnung hatte alles wir brauchten. Bequeme Betten, gut augestattete Küche, gemütliche Zimmer, schöner Garten und ein herrliches Pool. Italo und Simona sind sehr nett und haben uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Francesca was very responsive and helped out with everything. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return in the future!

Appartement pratique et dans un cadre agréable juste en dehors du centre de Cavo. La piscine est magnifique. Les enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié. Balcon très agréable pour les repas avec le soleil du matin et à l'ombre tout l'après-midi.

Andrea und Marta sind professionelle, hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeber, welchen es wichtig ist, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Umgebung mit dem Pool und der Aussicht ein Paradies! Herzlichen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt! Absolute Empfehlung 😁

We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

Skønt sted med stor privat grund, tilhørende pool og tennisbane. Lejligheden har den bedste beliggenhed, man kan ønske sig i Cavo, og en fantastisk udsigt fra den store balkon. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn af sted, og for 4 personer er lejligheden lidt for lille. Guilia er en meget imødekommende, fleksibel og hjælpsom vært, der altid responderer hurtigt.

Dotati di un 4x4 la villa è stupenda con una posizione fantastica! Sempre ventilata! Ogni dettaglio è curato nei minimi particolari! Lo spazio esterno è davvero ben organizzato e vi farà passare delle splendide vacanze! Posizione ottima per visitare il sud dell’isola!

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

Alloggio ampio e confortevole. Cucina ben attrezzata. Comodità anche del parcheggio esterno oltre a quello privato della casa.

Bel casolare, tranquillo, pulito , situato in posizione strategica per visitare i caratteristici borghi toscani e per qualche bagno in mare. L'accoglienza è stata cordiale . Discreta , affabile e gentile la presenza degli affittuari Ottimo soggiorno
