Villa holiday rentals in Procchio

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It is a gorgeous private house with a dramatically beautiful driveway entrance. We were worried about heat and mosquitos as we arrived in mid July but were happy that the house stays cool and there were little to no mosquitos. Marco is a responsive and helpful host. The house is very near the beach and all the best of Marina Di Campo. The outdoor shower surrounded by hedges was like a movie set. The bathrooms are clean and both have showers. We hope to return again!

Alloggio stupendo! Bello bello bello. Rio nell'Elba e' un bel posto e a ferragosto la piazza raggiungibile in due minuti spesso proponeva musica dal vivo ed altri eventi ogni sera. Pure i vicini sono stati cordialissimi.

Schönes, kleines Haus in ruhiger grüner Lage. Die Zufahrtstraße ist zum Teil in schlechtem ungeteertem Zustand. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts. Schöner großer Garten mit zwei überdachten Terrassen. Küche, gut ausgestattet, ideal für zwei Personen. Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir den begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Der kleine Carport rundet , den durchweg positiven Eindruck dieser Unterkunft ab . Auch für unseren Motorradanhänger gab es auf dem eingezäunten abschließbaren Gelände genügend Platz. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Defekte Duschtrennwand. Wir verbrachten einen herrlichen Urlaub, und für uns war diese Unterkunft die ideale Ausgangsbasis, um die Insel mit dem Zweirad zu erkunden.

Die Unterkunft von Natalina hat uns sehr gut gefallen, gute Lage und alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Sommertage in dem charmanten Haus. Besonders gut hat uns der Retro-Charme der Einrichtung sowie der fussläufige Zugang zu drei Stränden gefallen. Antonia hat sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Ein herzlicher Empfang von Marussa. Wundervolle Aussicht von der Gartenterrasse aus über die Stadt, kleinen Hafen und bis zum Festland. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuss leicht zu erreichen. Super erfreut waren wir dass es zur zweiten Woche neue Handtücher und Bettzeug gegeben hat. Am Abend den Blick auf die Lichter und das Meer war wunderschön. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Es waren wunderschöne vierzehn Tage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, unbedingt. Wir haben Marussa in unser Herz geschlossen.

Alloggio ampio e molto bello. 2 camere matrimoniali dotate di aria condizionata, 2 bagni, 1 piccola camera con divano letto, ampio soggiorno, cucina completa. Zanzariere su tutte le finestre. All'esterno balcone vista mare e ampio cortile sul retro attrezzato con tavoli, ombrelloni, barbecue e lettini, lavanderia con lavatrice, ampio posto auto non coperto. La zona è molto tranquilla e gode di vista mare sul golfo di Viticcio (bellissimi i tramonti). Alcune spiagge tra cui Sansone e Sorgente sono raggiungibili a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Host gentile, disponibile ed amichevole. Un po' di polvere dentro gli armadi, che visto il costo non ci aspettavamo, ma in generale abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pulito ed ordinato. Ottima esperienza.

Very spacious house. Lots of natural light. There were 10 of us plus baby and we did not feel at all any lack of space. There are more kitchen utensils and equipment than most guest will normally need and use. The garden is absolutely huge. The location, scenery, garden etc make for a perfect combination for a very relaxing and therapeutic vacation, especially for city dwellers. Beach is at a very walkable distance away, definitely not an issue if you don’t have to bring your own beach equipment. Large fridge and freezer, five cooking burners, very large oven, will service even the the largest of group’s culinary needs. Private parking a few steps away form the house. Will definitely come back given the chance. Thank you David for your hospitality.

The views and location are out of this world. It was much better than the photos! The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate two small families. We loved that you can take a nice hike to a private beach. Has three patios and a very nice outdoor spot for having meals. We had a couple a small challenge with hot water but the host were super responsive. It takes nothing from the experience, but the house lacked a couple of essentials you would may need (shampoo, coffee, etc). Make sure to shop for everything on your way down from. Portoferraio. Still a 5 stars !!!!

Casa degli anni 70 ben tenuta e con un bellissimo giardino ed una bella piscina. Il giardino e gli spazi esterni sono ideali per chi ha bambini e cani Lo spazio è ben distribuito fra camere, living e zona esterna, che è molto vivibile ed ha un bellissimo barbecue. La casa è fornita di tutto ed in stato originale molto ben tenuta; unico appunto i bagno che richiedono una rinfrescata. Posizione in zona residenziale, molto tranquilla ed immersa nel verde; un po’ fuori mano e quindi richiede l’uso dell’auto per raggiungere le spiagge ed i servizi. Infine una nota positiva sulla manutenzione degli esterni: avere giardinieri e pulizia 2 volte a settimana permette di avere tutto sempre in ordine.

Casa molto bella e posizione super... la vista dalla casa e' bellissima, fare colazione ammirando l'Elba non ha eguali. Carola e sua mamma sono state molto disponibili. Da ritornare!!

Super Lage mit Meersicht und sogar einem kleinen privaten Meereszugang (Achtung, viele Seeigel, Schuhe verwenden!). Das Haus ist riesig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt in einer Gruppe braucht. Die Vermieter sind äusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Würde es sofort wieder buchen!

Wir hatten wunderbare Ferien in Alessandros schöner Villa. Es ist ein sehr charmantes Haus, das unseren Geschmack getroffen hat. Ein Haus mit Charakter, nah am Strand und trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von einer Bar, einem Restaurant und einem Lebensmittelladen entfernt. Perfekt!

Es war traumhaft schön in der Unterkunft. Das Haus, die Lage, die kleine Bucht was ganz Spezielles eine Oase, ein kleines Paradies. Wir fanden es super dass man nur zu Fuss hinkommt. Wir mögen dies. Die Aussendusche liebten wir. Man kommt überall auf der Insel schnell hin. Braucht aber auch gar nicht weg zu gehen. Kleine Wanderungen fanden wir auch super. Dahin in das wndervolle Haus & Ort kommen wir gerne wieder einmal zurück. Vielen Dank an Philippe

Wir haben zu zehnt ganz schöne Endsommertage im Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens ausgerüstet und hat Charme, auch wenn es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der direkte Zugang zur Bucht hinunter ist der Hit und die Aussicht einfach wunderbar. Einzig die Federkernmatratzen sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles in allem molto bene!

Our family of nine (including a toddler) had a fantastic time at Alex’s place. She was a super responsive host and replied immediately to any questions we had. In particular, we loved the absolute serenity of the location and the beautiful setting. The infinity pool was a hit with everyone. We had so much fun building a fire in the pizza oven and creating our own pizzas together. Suvereto is a lovely little town with excellent restaurant choices and very few tourists. (Try Cio Cio - delicious food and wonderful service). The house had all the necessary amenities (always appreciate a well equipped kitchen) and the rooms were all cool and comfortable in the heat. The comfortable lounge area on the side of the house saw a lot of use. For foreigners- the garbage system is a little confusing- ask Alex at the start of your stay how to deal with that. The photos don’t reveal how truly beautiful this location was. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

We had a really wonderful stay at Petra’s house. Everything was as described, clean and super beautiful. The communication was proactive and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back :)

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

Marta et son mari sont de véritables amours. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture et notre véhicule est resté immobilisé sur l'île. Ils nous ont conduit faire des courses, nous ont ramené au bateau. Ils ont été d'une aide précieuse avec le garagiste. Très arrangeant. Concernant le logement il est tel que la description a été faite. Il est agréable, bien équipé. La vue est splendide. L'accès à la piscine d'eau douce, de mer et à la mer sont très faciles. Un grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il nostro soggiorno nell'alloggio di Veronica. La posizione è per noi eccezionale: Porto Azzurro è ben raggiungibile a piedi e la casa è un punto di partenza ideale per escursioni nei monti circostanti. L'alloggio in sé è spazioso e confortevole, con una bellissima e amplia terrazza con zona grill. La cucina è ottimamente attrezzata. Veronica è stata molto gentile e disponibile, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Possiamo consigliare vivamente questo alloggio e saremo felici di tornare.

If you dreamt of the perfect Tuscany stay, this is it. The house is absolutely stunning. From most of the patios, you can see diverse views of the landscape - mountains, plains, and the sea beyond. There are so many windows and doors to let in the fresh air, every room has access to outside so no matter which bedroom you get, you’re content. Another favorite of the house is the well stocked kitchen, where we spent much of our time cooking. And in the evenings, theres hundreds of fireflies dancing in the field, which we really enjoyed observing. Beyond the beauty of the house, we felt the space was comfortable enough to fit our group of 11. Just to note a few minor things about the house - the mattresses were a bit firm. A couple of the evenings there was a strange fish smell in the dining room, but it was gone by morning. Also, it was not unusual to find bugs inside the house. This is natural, since there are so many accesses to the building. Overall, we really loved our stay!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Bacci! Das Haus und vor allem der phänomenale Ausblick sind einzigartig. Ein Ort an dem man sehr gut abschalten und Zeit mit Freunden und Familie verbringen kann. Der Pool macht das Haus nochmal toller. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
