Independent house of 80 m2 comfortable, quiet and fully equipped, has a terrace and a plot of 1200 m2 totally fenced. 3 nights minimum are required in summer and 2 out of season, for a perfect stay for up to 4 people.

Anastasia and Simon welcome you to Sarlat-la-Canéda, capital of Périgord Noir. Come and spend a stay in our beautiful "La Truffière" cottage with stunning views of the valley and our truffle field! Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

My Cabin in Sarlat, a 10-minute walk from the city center

A small wooden house full of charm, bright, very well equipped, for 2 people (+ baby welcome, umbrella bed on request). Perfect little love nest. A comfortable bed in 160cm. WIFI. Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Located in a very relaxing green setting, 10 minutes walk from the city center by a walking path. Linen included (linen, duvet cover, duvet, pillowcases, extra blanket, bath towels, kitchen towels).

Domaine de la Grèze

Charming stone house for 4 people located in a magnificent property of 11 hectares in which you will find a real borie (former dry stone shepherd shelter covered with Lauzes ). At the gates of Sarlat (10mn) in the direction of Montignac , the estate is covered with meadow and woods allowing walking, mountain biking, foraging of mushrooms (which grow in abundance during the season) peace and quiet at the rendezvous.

Our large, 19th-century bourgeois house has been completely renovated while preserving authentic elements like stone beams and parquet flooring, giving you a truly unique and memorable experience.

New house classified two stars by the French Tourist Office, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, located in the countryside with heated above-ground pool from mid-May to mid-October, can accommodate 7 people, 4 km from the historic center of SARLAT, and less than 2 km from the village of Proissans, on a 1000 m2 unfenced plot. 82 m2 single-story house.

The cabin house

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.

Authentic 50 m2 apartment, full of charm and character located in the heart of the medieval city in a 15th century building. To rest after wonderful days of discovering the surroundings, you will access it by a splendid period stone staircase and can enjoy its large living room as well as its atypical night area.

Gîte Le Pomodor -swimming pool- 8km from Sarlat

In the Périgord Noir, 8km from Sarlat, Le Pomodor is a small traditional house set on the side of a hill surrounded by nature. You will enjoy a private and furnished terrace, as well as the large spaces of the garden and the woods. Since 2023, Le Pomodor has had a salt swimming pool (10x4 m). Wi-fi (fiber)
