Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Promajna

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We had a nice stay in the apartment. Great location- easy walk to Marjan park, ferry/train/bus stations, Old town, grocery stores, restaurants. Clean and well equipped, quiet at night. Nice to have an outdoor space. Recommend as a great place to stay.

Maja's house is beautifully located, on a hillside overlooking the sea, the islands of Hvar and Brac and mountains. We were traveling with the dog and could take many beautiful walks from the house. The house is well furnished and the icing on the cake is the huge pool, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Maja welcomed us warmly and was always available for questions.

We have just returned from a vacation in this beautiful villa and we simply have to share our delight! We were looking for accommodation that offers complete privacy and relaxation, and this villa surpassed all our expectations. Nestled amidst unspoiled nature, the villa offers an incredible sense of peace and tranquility. Starting the day with the chirping of birds and fresh air, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, was a real balm for the soul. The pool was an absolute hit! Spacious, clean and with enough deckchairs for everyone - ideal for morning refreshment or afternoon enjoyment under the sun. We especially liked that the pool was completely private, which allowed us to relax without any interference. The garden is a story in itself. Beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, and a multitude of vegetables, it is a true work of art. Every corner of the garden exudes care and love, providing the perfect ambience for evening gatherings or simply enjoying the silence. The child loved to explore every corner! This villa is not just accommodation, but a unique experience.

We had a great stay here! Everything matched the pictures exactly. Ria was super accessible, we immediately felt welcome and we got great tips. The area is beautiful, you can easily free your head from everyday life. Beautiful excursion destinations are also easy to find and if you have any questions you can also contact Ria at any time, who has great recommendations!

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

A huge apartment with plenty of space. Located up a few stairs (like everything in Hvar) but right in town and so close to everything. Ivana was a very responsive host and made our stay easy. Thanks so much!

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Jasmina's apartment is a great option for those who want a quieter place, away from the hustle and bustle of Hvar. We were in a car, so it was excellent for us to get around the island. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. We like it a lot. When we return to the island of Hvar, we will definitely stay in Jasmine apartment.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment 2 mins walk to the most beautiful beach & same to the harbour ... A lovely apartment spacious for 2 with all u need and a comfortable bed ..There is a hotel built in front but still has a seaview with a beautiful sunset every evening. When we got off the ferry there was no taxi and a long wait for the bus without even asking Vinko offered to pick us up. We had a late flight so he allowed us to change in his home and store our luggage so we could spend the last day enjoying Postira ..On request he organised a taxi at a good price to take us back to the ferry . We will definitely be back Vinko u are a gentleman:))

location location location. a 15 min walk and ur in old town and a 10 min walk ur at the Pokonji dollar Beach. modern design and furnishings. very comfortable and welcoming. the host was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

We loved our short stay here. Katarina met us when we arrived even tho it was quite late. lovely apartment, very peaceful and beautiful view and surroundings. Just a short walk down to Trogir old town. Highly recommend this place.

Staying at Linda’s apartment in Split was an absolute delight. The apartment looked exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures—spacious, spotlessly clean, and stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. Everything we could have needed was there, and we felt immediately at home. The location couldn’t have been better: just steps away from all the main sights and attractions of the city. The airport pickup went smoothly, and Baldo was incredibly kind and helpful. He shared amazing recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems around Split, which made our stay even more special. Truly, everything was perfect—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us, Linda. Nenad is an amazing host that is responsive and helpful. He showed us a short path to town and provided great suggestions during our stay! We wish we could have stayed longer as the house and pool proved to be an oasis with great privacy for a few days!

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

We loved the house. The view was wonderful, as was the pool. Very refreshing to come home after a day at the beach. The beds were really good, and a luxury with private bathroom to every bedroom. The house was really well equipped, and we loved the outdoor barbeque area. Would absolutely rent again.

We were a group of ten people on vacation, including 5 adults and 5 children. The apartment was clean and had enough space for all of us. The large terrace area, swimming pool and hot tub were in heavy use. The apartment is located on a slope, but it was a suitable 15-minute walk down to the village. A warm recommendation for the place if you are going to Makarska!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!
