Monthly Rentals in Prospect Lake

We loved our time here. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The unit had plenty of storage space for our belongings and it was very well equipped. The location was convenient. Most places we traveled to were not more than a 15 minute drive away. Francis King Regional Park was just 10 minutes away. The Panama flats is a nice natural area in walking distance. Miriam was an excellent host and she surprised us with some kind gestures throughout our 4 month stay. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the Victoria area.

My family and I have been stayed in David’s adorable house for one month. The house is great, very clean and has everything we need. David is the most thoughtful host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around at the check- in. He was available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend the house to anyone who wants a home from home when traveling.

The carriage house that Heidi manages was lovely. It was comfortable and offered most of what I needed for my visit. It was great to have a washer and dryer for laundry, and three windows allowed for the option of lovely airflow on cool evenings. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to several grocery stores and other shopping. Since I had a car during my 30 day stay, the location in Saanich was convenient for getting around. The owners, Heather and Johnny were friendly and helpful when I had questions. They made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this carriage house.

We had such an amazing stay! The surrounding nature was breathtaking and the space was cozy + comfortable. Hosts were super kind and accommodating! Jody even moved our check-in time earlier in the day upon our super last minute request. We would book again :)
