We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house very much. It is perfectly located close to the lake in a few minutes walk. Our dog liked the big garden very much, the beautiful large trees provided peaceful energy, sun bathing in the garden was very relaxing!

Michela was a great host and very responsive. The premises makes great use of the space and is extremely secure. The views are stunning and it is ideally located to explore monte isola. The place is usable for families but the stairs are steep and we had to keep a very close eye on our little l toddler. she loved the outdoor space available. i would highly recommend the house and michela as a host. thanks again!

Beautiful house, great pool.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ortensia! Such a wonderful private garden with pool, and just a few steps down to the «private» beach for a morning dip in Lake Garda. We did miss some more mirrors on the rooms, and possibly some upgrades on the bathrooms and kitchen equipment. However the master-bathroom was excellent, and the outside areas made up for all of the above! We would love to come back at some point!

Happy days in Rita’s nice house with our family of seven, ages from 2 to 71 years. House is big and functional, it has been recently renovated with good taste and high quality. Bath rooms and kitchen are excellent, hard to say anything which could be better. If I need to find something, tableware and cutlery and wine glasses could be more for a bigger group of guests. House is located on quiet area with beautiful houses and gardens. Sirmione old town is 3 km away and shuttle bus brings you there in 10-15 minutes. Bus stop is 5 minutes from the house. Rita gave good introduction to the house and restaurants and attractions and how to reach them. Every question was quickly answered and completed with links when needed. We had good time staying in the house and having slow breakfasts on the terrace surrounded by flowers. And walking and driving around Lago di Garda. Highlights for us were Sirmione old town, animal park “Natura Viva” – and enjoying life and atmosphere on terrace.

For an authentic Italian experience, let Giuseppe be your host! My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lago d’Iseo and our stay in Giuseppe’s home. Giuseppe and Laura are friendly, fun and natural hosts making their guests feel at home. They offer local recommendations and even made a dinner reservation for us - have local fish on the island, it’s great! Their home has been in the family for generations and offers a welcoming courtyard for spending time together and also comfortable rooms with enough space to rest and relax in privacy. Giuseppe even helped make a comfortable area for me to work remotely during my stay. The open kitchen area provided everything to cook dinners since local restaurants were a bit too far for my mother to walk. Access to the little grocery store (which had everything!), bakery, ferry, train station and weekly market was all within easy walking distance - we didn’t even need a car! The area is a hidden gem with few tourists. Our stay was perfetto!

I have been using Airbnb for a long time and to date this has been the best house we have booked. The home itself is so beautiful and spacious. The pool was wonderful. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The hosts went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. The area is beautiful and we found lots to do. If you are thinking about booking this property, you can’t go wrong. It exceeded our expectations 🥰

Beautiful, clean and uncluttered, newer construction, nicely appointed, private and very secure home, in a quiet neighbourhood. Some great restaurants that were recommended are within walking distance. Amenities as listed on the Airbnb profile were exactly as described, there were no surprises. The in-ground pool is also very private and was a welcome feature we used most evenings that helped provide some relief from the summer heat. Our host, Markus, was very accommodating, friendly, and provided prompt and courteous responses to any questions we had.

A paradise with a magical view. We were able to enjoy it to the fullest and would be happy to come back.

We enjoyed staying there as a family very much and had a very comfortable week. The house is very beautiful and very useful. Also Fausta is a very helpful lady. She is an incredibly caring and friendly host.

Michèle's place is great, the view is breathtaking overlooking all of Lago di Garda. The place is very quiet and private but at the same time only a few minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, Salo Center and beaches. Michèle was super helpful, always reachable and responds within minutes.

This Villa was incredible, all of the rooms were furnished beautifully and the place was spotless and fully stocked. It honestly has everything you needed for a trip, with lots of well thought out spaces to fully utilise the Villa and not feel on top of each other. Matteo was the best host!! Very flexible and responsive which always makes you feel reassured when visiting a new place. His level of knowledge was very helpful and gave us lots of useful/local recommendations which we made full use of. In particular we'd highlighly recommend Consolini Boats if you want a tour of the lake or chef Roberto Abbaditi who make our trip extra special. The villa itself is in a great location, with lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance alongside a supermarket at the end of the road. We had a wonderful trip with most of us visiting Lake Garda for the first time but vowing to come back, most of that down to Matteo, the villa and the wonderful recommendations!

It was really nice and the property offered everything as described, unfortunately the booking was a little shortened by the landlord because dates had probably overlapped. I also found €500 too much for the final cleaning after 5 nights.

This villa is WAY more beautiful than the pictures. Very clean, spacious bedrooms and a bathroom for each one. The home has been renovated so that the amenities feel new, without losing any Italian countryside villa charm. The grounds are gorgeous, with great views and multiple seating areas. It is well stocked with everything you might need: kitchen, linens, laundry, mosquito nets for the beds etc. Easy access to nearby Lake Garda towns, but secluded and peaceful. We visited with a family of 9 for a week and were very comfortable. Simone and his son were very welcoming, helpful and responsive. To note, the driveway/road up to the house is not paved, we had one car that was low to the ground that had a hard time coming and going. Also, while you can walk to the beach, it isn't super close and you have to cross the busy road along the lake.

Vera gave us a very warm welcome and showed us everything. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, we were totally thrilled. Everything was totally clean and very nicely decorated. The view from the pool over the lake is magnificent. The villa is located on a very nice, quiet part of Lake Garda. There was a great selection of rolls and various Crossaints delivered every morning. A great surprise! The nearest supermarket is minutes away by car. Otherwise, a car is recommended to explore the surroundings.

The accommodation with yours. 3 floors is ideal for groups / families where everyone appreciates some privacy. The location and views are very nice and you immediately feel at home.

The place is great and looks almost nicer in real than the pictures. The only thing that bothered me a bit is that you have to pay for the energy consumption extra. Otherwise, everything is great. The location is also good, supermarket and city are about a 30-minute walk away by car.

Check in was super easy, we arrived in October and it was comfortably warm in the house. Wonderful days, quiet, just beautiful
