Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Providence

Rachel was an excellent, helpful host. The house was in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, a short drive to beach. It had a terrific deck overlooking a beautiful, heavily wooded backyard. The kitchen was very large and made it easy to cook. We had a terrific time together. We had an infant and the pack and play, sheets hig chair, play toys were all provided! Excellent home for an infant. Child friendly streets for walking down to nearby harbor.

Thomas was an excellent host! He lets us check in slightly early and checked in on us to make sure everything was in working order and we were comfortable. The house and property are absolutely breathtaking and everything was squeaky clean, the garden he keeps was incredible and so was the view. I really appreciated the ice cream in the freezer and the abundance of clean towels:). 11/10 definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area and is looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable, and gorgeous place.

One of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed at. Richard was also on of the best hosts we’ve ever dealt with. Always available and extremely helpful, friendly and responsive.

This place was great! I was looking for somewhere in the Warwick area and it exceeded expectations in regard to location. The house had plenty of room for me to spread out and lounge and get the work I needed done. It had two living room areas so there were options for where you wanted to watch TV. It checked off all the boxes for what I needed and then some. Naoufal was very communicative and even provided extra food for me which was very thoughtful. The house is at the very end of the street and blocked by trees on the one side so it feels more private than the rest of the neighborhood which I like. Great spot, thank you!

AMAZING! Comfortable stay for our group. House was in pristine condition! Host remained in communication the whole time making sure check in process went in smoothly. Definitely worth the stay!

It was an amazing home to stay in! I recommend reading the binder, great history and cool facts! The hearth was my favorite place to read by. Cozy yet accommodating. Lovely backyard! Saw a rabbit, ground hog and beaver.

My husband and I needed a place to stay to in Providence to host a small college reunion between him and a small group of friends and this place was perfect. What drew me in was the outdoor space, which we ended up using a few times throughout the week we were there. The three bathrooms were perfect for the 7 of us, and the pull out couch was “actually incredibly comfortable for a pull out couch” for our friend who stayed only a few nights. Any time we had a small question, the host was always quick to answer. She even allowed us an extra hour past check-out time, which wasn’t necessary but would been nice if we were running late. Check out instructions were very very reasonable, no nit-picky requests from the host, just three basic rules. This house is very close to anything you’d like to do in Providence. If we come back here as a group, I’ll absolutely rebook and would recommend this home to anyone!

Felicia’s place is amazing! Immaculately clean! Beautifully furnished with comfortable layout. A medium size house with big open feel. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything.Great patio set-up. And Felicia’s sweet greeting snacks at check-in! Will always choose Felicia’s place when in the area.

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

We have stayed here many times and it always feels like coming home. Cathleen is very responsive and her parents Judy and Bob go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re planning another extended stay later this summer. Overall a great,clean and comfortable place.

I stayed at Larna’s place for just one night and regret not booking for longer. This has been my favourite location I’ve ever stayed at and gave me a new love for Newport. The place encapsulates Newports charm with a coastal and updated theme in such a historical and amazing building. Larna and Dan supply quite literally everything you could think of if you forget to pack it. There were toothbrushes, body wash, snacks, extra blankets, even fresh muffins from the local bakery. The house felt so cozy. Dan was incredibly welcoming and kind helping with luggage upon arrival and showing us around the rooms. I recommend for groups of 2-4 people, I’d say 5 if someone is willing to sleep on the couch…which I would do as it was wicked comfortable! I highly recommend booking this stay, I wish I had more time spent here and will look forward to booking again and recommending to other people. I feel privileged to have spent time in such a fascinating location with such amazing history!

Marianne is wonderful. We had a few questions which she answered right away. The apartment is so nice! Underneath large trees so it didn’t get too hot on the hot day, but 2 a/cs in case they’re needed. One and a half bathrooms so no taking turns. Well stocked full kitchen - dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It is only 10 minutes away from Newport, but without the Newport crowds. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs to reach it. If stairs aren’t for you, then this is not the place for you. However,if stairs aren’t an issue then I highly recommend staying here. It’s a lovely place with a lovely owner.

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

Wonderful and cute place, single bed in living room was a lot more comfortable than expected. Debbie is such a kind, lively, and responsive host, and she even left us a big cookie as a welcome treat :) Highly recommend.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

We had a great stay for a family wedding in the area. Location was perfect & next to lots of cute bars and restaurants. Very historic feel to the neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Great place for a few nights in Newport! Location is perfectly situated off of a main shopping street but was very quiet. Was more spacious than shown in the photos! Roof deck was nice as well. Had a small issue w a fire alarm going off but Liliane was easy to communicate with and was able to resolve it within a few hours. Beds were super comfortable and it was great for our group! Parking across the street was convenient for $25/day. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time. The hot tub, peaceful back deck, and large dining table inside were all perfect for our time together. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and has some good dining and cocktail options, while being much more affordable than Newport. We are grateful for the great stay!

We enjoyed our time here on graduation weekend. Lucky to find a place near the campus that was nice and I would consider reasonably priced for this particular event as places book up early and quickly this time of the year. I would recommend staying here, they had everything you would need and the host was friendly, responsive and made our stay great!!

We had a great six nights here. The space is super cool, well appointed with comfty beds and super soft towels, and was squeeky clean! We enjoyed the roof deck, the views to the waterfront, and the fireplace--and had an exceptional meal at Cork, too! Our stay was a combination of a work trip plus time to explore New Bedford and the SouthCoast and the location was great for both. Having a dedicated parking space was great, too. We would happily return.

Nice spot very close to everything, small but the right size for a couple to stay!
