Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Arezzo

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting Arezzo at Christmas. The distance from the center is perfect (10 minutes by car), there is a parking space and the price is very honest compared to the offers that are around. The house is clean and cozy and Alberto is a very nice host, he warned us of the possibility of an early check-in (it is done independently and is very easy) and welcomed with great availability the small suggestions we gave him (addition of blankets for the night, we did not know that Arezzo could be so cold!). Plus the coffee pods were delicious :)

Despite a location between a road and a railway, this accommodation remains very quiet, right next to a small green space...The trains are few and the apartment is well isolated...We mainly visited the towns and villages of Umbria which are splendid: Orvieto, Spello, Montepulciano, Assisi, ...and the proximity to Lake Trasimeno allows pleasant walks on the bike lane... Passignano attracts a lot of tourists... It was really a nice stay.

Beautiful apartment, very well renovated and equipped to a high standard. Very nice terrace, nice view. The village is very nice, lively. Very good shops nearby. We had a fun time! Great base for visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elena’s! Clean place with all needed amenities such as laundry room and parking area. The area itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Very close by car to many signature spots of Tuscany. we also enjoyed laying next to the swimming pool. The host is very welcoming and responsive. The host invited us to the local town’s celebration which we enjoyed a lot! Shortly, I can only recommend staying here to experience the best Tuscany itinerary! 🙌✨

The village of sheds is a wonderful place of great peace and great beauty, Roi and Stefan were exceptional, kind and caring hosts It is a place immersed in the ancient history of the village and the Stefan's family. It's a place of privacy but with the Ability to meet other people or families staying at the same time with the possibility of sharing the large spaces that the Borgo offers We'll definitely be back Highly recommended!

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

Fantastic house, with attention to detail. Convenient to reach from the highway. Laura and Fulvio welcomed us as if we were at home, providing everything we needed to stay without any needs. They advised us on food and wine, with great satisfaction. We will return to visit them, for even longer stays. Thank you for hosting us!

It was a wonderful experience, Daniela the owner is a wonderful person, her sweet welcome made us feel at home. With her beautiful four-legged friends and her sweet horses, she made us appreciate the beautiful natural setting we were immersed in even more. A few minutes from the center of Arezzo and certainly a great location for those like us who love nature but also appreciate the historical and more touristy part of beautiful Arezzo. I would say a great combination of nature and history. Thanks to the availability and impeccable professionalism of Virginia who supported us throughout the stay, with kindness and punctuality. Definitely an unforgettable experience to be repeated even in spring when the landscape is transformed and the sunniest days will allow us to take walks and do other activities in the area. Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Our stay at Leonardo’s place was absolutely unforgettable! First of all, Leonardo was an exceptional host—by far the best we’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. As a thoughtful gesture, he greeted us with homemade cake on our first day and even shared fresh zucchini from his garden—such a warm and personal touch! The home itself exceeded our expectations; it was even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was perfect—from the cozy rooms and stunning views to the relaxing pool and the magical fireflies that lit up the night. The entire setting was peaceful, private, and had a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway. Thank you, Leonardo, for making our stay so memorable!

The apartment offers everything you need. The beds are lovely and it is also nice that my long partner's feet can protrude a little over the edge. Shower downstairs is spacious and has a powerful jet. Everything has been thought of; plenty of lamps, complete kitchen, nice place to sit outside, extra blankets, shower stuff etc. Very nice! The only small downside was the sound of the (children of the) neighbors in the morning and evening, but of course the host has no control over that. All in all a very nice place that I definitely recommend! Good base for visiting Seina and walks in the surroundings.

Really enjoyed our experience here. Stayed for a month with our newborn and it was quiet, surrounded by nature, and cozy. Ron was a great host and the house and location was as rustic as advertised.

Great place, even more beautiful than in the pictures and with very warm and helpful hosts :) The stately property is beautifully situated with many animals and magnificent views over the plain. The whole Casentino Valley is easily accessible by bike, train or car. It was particularly friendly for us to receive support from the hosts on arrival and departure by train and to be provided with ferries for activities on site. Unfortunately the weather was not so good in early May, but otherwise everything was just beautiful! Thank you!

A charming property located in an Italian village. helpful and friendly owners.

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.
