A beautiful countryhouse perfect to unwind and relax. Located in the pitoresque medieval town of Sant'Agata de' Goti, Al Vecchio Casale is only few miles away from Caserta with its Royal Palace and 35minutes drive from amazing Naples, so it's perfect to explore Campania and its stunning beauties. With its 4bedrooms and its 4bathrooms disposed on three floors, the house can easily accomodate up to 10 people. It's all facilities : fireplace, warmimg system, air conditioning, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, (with oven, dishwasher, boiler, coffee machine...). Outside you can enjoy a beautiful patio with bbq and wood oven, a very nice lawn with swimmimg-pool (from May to October and for the kids a soccer field and a playground! If needed we can rent 2more bedrooms accomodating up to 4people in a dependance equipped with bathroom, located behind the pool ! We also, on request, organize boat trips ,and dinner party ,close to the pool ! Possibility of late checkout (until 18.00) with an extra cost.

historic Samnite residence

A historic property, renovated in 2020. The apartment is spread over three floors connected by spiral staircases. Situated in the open countryside, the house is accessed via a driveway shared with another private residence, with parking available right next to the building. As the driveway is old and somewhat narrow, a second parking area is provided for larger vehicles; guests are advised to contact the host for further details. The layout includes two double bedrooms, a room with two single beds (situated as a walkthrough space between the staircase and the second double bedroom), a terrace, an eat-in kitchen, and a small sitting area. There is also a library. The property offers 150 square meters of usable living space.

A "hut" on the edge of the woods

A country loft located at the foot of the Matese massif. Starting point of many trails to the Airola, Mutria mountains and the mountain resorts of Bocca della Selva, Piana delle Pesche, etc. The house, just outside the small village of San Potito, whose center is no more than 600m away, is located on the border of a coppice forest owned by the owner and is surrounded by a garden of maples, olive trees, and other essences. The trails, all tracked by the CAI and marked, start behind the property.
