Completely reformed with modern taste, this lovely apartment is ideal for a couple or if you need I can put a single bed more or a sofa bed and could be for a family of three. If there's a baby it's no problem either as a baby bed, chair and bath are available. Just step out of the door and enjoy a lakeside walk.

Comfortable apartment, about 65 meters, in a house of the 1700s, located in a typical street of our wonderful lake, which is prohibited from access to cars. Very quiet area. From its balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the first basin of Lake Como and admire the city with its cathedral.
