"Alba" Apartment - Farmhouse on Lake Como

"Alba" is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (20 minutes of steep walking/ 5 minutes by car) you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. Our structure is fully eco-sustainable.

Historic farmhouse, Lake Como

The structure, made of original 1800s stone, has been recently refurbished according to the dictates of green building. Fattoria dei Castagni is a farm stay in the woods 5 km from Lake Como. The view of the surrounding woods and valley will ensure you have tranquility and relaxation. Being a farm stay inside the property there are animals including goats, sheep and chickens. It can happen that the cute sheep or the rooster sing, keep that in mind before booking!

The vegetable garden

The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

Everything is designed for the guests to feel comfortable and to make their holiday on Lake Como unforgettable.

Ale's house is located in San Fermo at the end of a private road. The property overlooks a completely agricultural valley that guarantees a stay immersed in the quiet of nature. Ideal for families or small work groups who want a quiet environment surrounded by the greenery of a valley, but at the same time with all the comforts and proximity to shopping malls, road networks and hospital. Long-term stays can be arranged at prices to be agreed.
