We are located in the south of the Marche near Fermo and Ascoli Piceno, between the olive trees and the organic vineyard of Casale Biancopecora di Massimo and Michela, a structure entirely recovered with principles of bio construction and anti-seismic, the views as far as the eye can see in the wonderful countryside of central Italy and the Sibillini Mountains. Just 27 km from the sea of Porto San Giorgio. The apartments have been renovated using the old original materials of the house with all the current comforts.

A few minutes' walk and you are in the most important area of the city, full of events. It is located near the bus stop, 7 km from the sea and the station, a short distance from the A14 both to the south (8 km) and to the north (15 km).
