the apartment is new, very nice ,well furnished and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. convenient to reach is surrounded by greenery and peace of the Marche hills with enchanting views of the Sibillini mountains. the owners are nice and very helpful people, rich and good breakfast and they met my wife's vegan needs even welcoming to animals

After many hours by car, we enjoyed the environment and the calm of the apartment. We spent a restful night there in comfortable bedding and recommend the address to future guests.

Our stay at this beautiful place in Corridonia was just fantastic. The property is a true paradise – well maintained, clean and with a fantastic pool that invites you to relax. Everything was new and in perfect condition, so we immediately felt comfortable. The location of the accommodation was perfect for our trips to the surrounding villages, larger towns and the fantastic beaches in the Marche. We were able to plan our days wonderfully and enjoy the region to the fullest. Communication with Alessandra was smooth and straightforward, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In particular, we would like to thank Giuseppe and his family for their warm hospitality. We were completely thrilled and very happy. It is definitely a place we will visit again. We had a wonderful week here in early September - the place is just as lovely as its listing and a particular highlight was the pool: the perfect size for early morning laps! The surroundings are peaceful and Andreea was always quick to respond to any questions. We went to the private beach club most days (having beach towels provided is an added bonus if travelling with Ryanair!) which was a ten-minute drive with easy parking, and the apartment's location is ideal for visiting the pretty hilltop towns nearby if the weather isn't great. (Highly recommend visiting Ascoli Piceno on a Saturday with its small antiques market then venturing further to the waterfall in Castel Torsino.) Do book Agriturismo Sant'Angelo, which is just a short drive from the house, and be prepared for ten delicious courses! A great stay:)

Enjoyed our stay in a lovely traditional farmhouse in a beautiful location. A warm greeting and fantastic time had by all!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The outdoor space is really amazing with the pools, multiple cooking and relaxation areas, football and ping pong tables, the spectacular views––magic! We spent almost all of our time outside and didn't even want to venture out too much because we loved being at the property. Everything was impeccably clean and we really appreciated the privacy. It was so quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our hosts were incredibly thoughtful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Sibilla's place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. It is a gem!

It is a beautiful and well-maintained house. Many accommodations do not understand that it is actually quite simple to make people happy, namely ensuring a clean house, kitchen with all the stuff, equipment, etc. you need, good shower, nice terrace. Everything was right with Fiona. The reception was very neat by Thomas. The house is very spacious, a very large kitchen, a lot of practical things are already in stock and you can use them. The swimming pool (we were there in May) was already fully up and running and at temperature. It was very nice that there was a fence around it so that the small children could not just reach it. The WiFi was also ideal, I was actually able to do a number of work-related video calls there. Anyway, just a house with high standards, large (covered) terrace, nice in the shade.

Well-maintained apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need; we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Silvia is very kind and available. Exceptional parts are of course the private pool and veranda, which at night light up and create a fantastic atmosphere!! We will definitely be back, we really had a great time!!

Fantastic experience! The place is very nice with a beautiful background on the valley, the structure and the farmhouse are really beautiful and very well cared for, from the pool to the hydromassage square, the apartment on this farmhouse has been renovated with the same rustic style but with style and great attention to detail. What about Rossana and her family, always very kind and available with tips on any activity you want to do. My family and I had a great time and had a great time. We'll definitely be back

What a wonderful, peaceful place. The property has everything you need and decorated with style. Outside you are surrounded by flowers. We shall miss having our breakfast overlooking the stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and listening to all the birdsong, or watching the sun go down at the end of the day. It’s a great location for exploring most areas of the Sibillini national park or for popping into Ascoli Piceno. Dori is the perfect host: very welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. She warned us of a road closure and booked us a table at the local restaurant. We aso met the owners who were delightful.

A great location, we highly recommend it, beautiful places if you are travelers who want to conjoin the sea and tour in the most characteristic places in the Marche. A truly comfortable, quiet accommodation in a residential neighborhood 5 minutes from the beach by car. The accommodation has space and comfort, excellent mattress and pillows, 5-star cotton sheets, impeccable cleanliness, even the building externally is new. Milo is very kind and present.

Beautiful refurbished apartment for a couple or a small family. Very clean and tidy and comfortable place to stay in with amazing view of the San Giorgio Harbour on the right and beautiful beach on the left. A walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, also with approximately 15 min walk to the central town and railway station. Matteo and Anna Chiara were very kind, very helpful and promptly responsive to any questions and requests we had and we felt comfortable in this property. They are fantastic hosts, thank you again for taking care!

Giacomo was impeccable, the communication was perfect. The house is very nice and cozy with all the comforts and also very clean and functional. The only flaw is the dishwasher, which really needs to be changed, as the door has a broken spring and despite it being written to accompany it, it is still dangerous when you open it because it is very heavy. In any case, the very central and strategic area and the house is really nice with all the comforts imaginable, very spacious, in short, we had a very good time to repeat!!!

We stayed a week in this apartment and had a very good time. The accommodation overlooks the seafront, the free beach is a stone's throw away but there are also several bathrooms with deck chairs and umbrellas. We stayed in September and there was always free parking along the street right in front of the entrance. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we were also provided with detergent to use the washing machine. As a welcome we also found a bottle of local white wine, very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of the center with lots of places to eat and a 5-minute drive to a large supermarket, very convenient! A big plus is the pastry bar right under the house, we always had breakfast there, even with a small discount thanks to Milo! Milo was present but not intrusive and super helpful! In short, perfect. If we return to the area, we will definitely contact him again!
