Un posto incantevole immerso nella quiete delle colline marchigiane: un’autentica oasi di pace, ideale per chi cerca relax, natura e bellezza. La casa è splendida — spaziosa, luminosa, perfettamente pulita e arredata con un gusto raffinato che unisce semplicità e calore. Ogni dettaglio trasmette cura e amore per l'accoglienza. Vincenzo e Nicoletta sono padroni di casa eccezionali: presenti, sempre disponibili per un consiglio o una chiacchierata, ma mai invadenti. Si percepisce la loro passione e il piacere di condividere questo angolo di paradiso con gli ospiti. Un soggiorno rigenerante, che consigliamo con entusiasmo a chiunque desideri rallentare i ritmi, godersi panorami mozzafiato e sentirsi a casa anche lontano da casa.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. La vue depuis les terrasses est magnifique et dès le mois de mai nous avons pu petit déjeuner, déjeuner et diner dehors. L'appartement est un peu vieillot mais parfait pour 2 personnes. Attention l'escalier en colimaçon qui mène à la chambre est assez raide et l'accès en voiture n'est pas très simple. Parfois de la terrasse on entend la route assez passante mais ce n'est pas du tout génant à l'interieur de la maison. Poalo est un hôte très agréable, gentil et réactif qui a su parfaitement répondre à nos demandes même si son anglais est basique. Il a été très souple pour les horaires d'arriver et de départ.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

È la seconda volta che siamo stati da Silvia ed è stato tutto meraviglioso. Lei è davvero un’host molto attenta e cordiale. Disponibile, gentile e molto ospitale. Il posto poi è davvero fantastico.Assolutamente consigliata

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur von Monte Giberto hat uns sehr schnell vom Alltag abschalten lassen. Das Casa Piccola und der Pool (den wir sogar für uns alleine hatten) waren wunderbar. Auch Nesma war eine sehr liebenswerte, humorvolle Frau, die uns wertvolle Tipps für Aktivitäten usw. gegeben hat. Die Katze Nera werden wir auch sehr vermissen. Gerne wieder! LG Verena und Robert

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!

We loved our stay in Villa de Castelletta, we were a group of friends traveling to Marche for a wedding and found the Villa as the perfect base to visit the region. Close to beautiful villages , so troubled by countrified and a short 15 min drive to the beach . The apartment is as beautiful as the photos, modern, spacious and incredibly comfortable. And of course special mention apart is the pool area, where we passed several hours per day in bliss. Cant recomendable it highly enough

L’alloggio del signor Fabio si è rivelato perfetto per le nostre esigenze di spostarci con l’auto tra Marche e Umbria con le nostre famiglie (che includono 4 bimbi). Gli spazi sono davvero ampi e confortevoli ed è presente tutto ciò che serve con alcuni extra piacevolissimi (tavolo da Ping pong e calcio balilla). L’accoglienza è stata resa perfetta dalla signora Liana che ci ha spiegato tutto chiaramente, si è mostrata sempre disponibile ed ha risolto brillantemente un inconveniente verificatosi con la caldaia. Facile da raggiungere, in posizione riservata ma non isolata e con parcheggio privato davanti all’ingresso. Super consigliato.

Mondomini is een oase aan de kust. Midden tussen de eeuwenoude olijfbomen ligt het fijne koele appartement van de zeer vriendelijke eigenaren Livia en Stephano. Je kunt heerlijk relaxen in de patio of genieten van de zee op het terras. De combinatie van luxe en authentieke elementen voelt fijn en comfortabel. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een grote plafondventilator die zorgt voor heerlijke koelte in de nacht. Op Mondomini zijn nog twee andere losse huisjes te huur die ook voorzien zijn van alle gemakken en uitzicht bieden op zee. Daarnaast is een tentoonstelling van de geschiedenis en kunst van de olijfteelt. Op 5 minuten rijden kun je afkoelen in zee. Ook is in de omgeving veel te zien en doen. Wij hebben genoten! La casa molto spaziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario, pulitissima e accogliente. Molto apprezzabile l'impianto di condizionamento per i giorni caldi che abbiamo avuto nel nostro soggiorno. Federica e Milo due host molto disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta sia per la gestione della casa che per suggerimenti e informazioni sul paese e la regione.

Après de nombreuses heures en voiture, nous avons apprécié l'environnement et le calme de l'appartement. Nous y avons passé une nuit reposante dans une literie confortable et recommandons l'adresse à de futurs voyageurs.

Finalmente c'è ricapitato dopo tanto tempo di trovare un'accoglienza alla vecchia maniera... Com'era all'origine airbnb, dove incontravi di persona l'host e ti ospitava nella sua casa facendoti sentire accolto e a tuo agio. Così sono stati per noi Luigino e Lara, sua moglie, che ci hanno coccolato offrendoci i loro prodotti dell'orto, riempiendo casa di giochi per nostra figlia di due anni, consigliandoci posti da visitare etc... Ci siamo trovati benissimo Consigliatissimo!!! Loro li nominerei superhost❤️

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Casa Margani è un luogo magico per godersi la pace della montagna. Ho trascorso un mese lì e mi sono sentita davvero a casa. Ha un giardino splendido, con querce e cedri, che regalano ombra, silenzio e freschezza. Da lì in 20 minuti di auto si sale a Pintura di Bolognola, da cui partono delle belle camminate per raggiungere alcune vette dei Sibillini, come Pizzo Berro, Pizzo Tre Vescovi e il monte Priora. Ma soprattutto, la casa è proprio sul percorso delle cascate perdute di Sarnano, per cui a piedi, in 20/30 minuti, si possono già raggiungere ben due cascate freschissime (le "Cascatelle" e le marmitte dell' Acquasanta). Infine, Tommaso è un ospite simpaticissimo, ultra disponibile e molto corretto. Tornerò sicuramente anche la prossima estate!

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Ein stets erreichbarer freundlicher und hilfsreicher Patrick. Er bemüht sich den Gästen ALLES zu bieten und es war mehr als das. Ich wünschte mir es wären Alle so wie Patrick!!!!! Traumhaftes Landhaus mit viel Platz und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig - einfach nur toll. Jeden Tag konnten wir etwas Neues erkunden und anschliesend den Pool zur Abkühlung benutzen. Ich kann nur noch sagen DANKE für ALLES - wir haben unsere Ferien genossen

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großen und schönen Haus. Katja und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief super. Es wurde sogar in den oberen Schlafzimmern noch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, die uns angenehme Temperaturen während der Nacht beschert hat. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und für eine größere Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Altstadt von Montefiore ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wat een prachtig verblijf! Het huis is volledig in authentieke oude Marchigiaanse stijl ingericht, met oog voor detail en sfeer. Je voelt meteen de charme van de regio zodra je binnenkomt. Alles is aanwezig – van een goed uitgeruste keuken (met alles wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken) tot kleine extra’s die het verblijf net dat beetje aangenamer maken. De slaapkamers zijn ruim met comfortabele bedden en het hele huis was erg schoon. De tuin is prachtig: rustig, groen en je hebt een adembenemend uitzicht. En als kers op de taart: een hartstikke vriendelijke eigenaar die ons warm ontving. Een absolute aanrader!

Have just spent a fabulous week at Casa Margherita. Absolutely beautiful house with fantastic gardens and breathtaking views. Pool was used every day despite the slightly cooler weather. Fausto was so friendly and helpful. The property had everything we needed and easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of spaces to socialise or relax on your own. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem Luxus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Stefano und seine Familie sind sehr nette Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar für Tipps. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Das Haus von John hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, atemberaubende Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ein Außenbereich, der sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünschen kann. TOP!
