House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

App. Vigne Piane with balcony & private terrace

We offer two apartments on the the ground floor of our home. Appartamento Vigne Piane has a large bedroom with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a living room (with sofa bed) and an extra bathroom. This spacious apartment has two private entrances and a well-equipped kitchen. Vigne Piane is ideal for couples, families, and friends traveling together. Our pool invites to leisure and the thick walls of our typical Italian home sustain a pleasant indoor climate year-round.

The Little Room in the Woods

A two-room apartment with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Relaxation guaranteed! Immersed in the Abruzzo National Park, it offers breathtaking views and ample space in the common area: sofas, tables, smart working stations, a games room with ping pong, foosball, and a park. A 10-minute walk from downtown. Outdoor pool (in summer), gym and wellness center available nearby for a fee, tennis and basketball courts. Ski facilities about 2 km away.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Villa Margherita – Lenola

Villa Margherita is a beautiful 180 m² villa in Lenola, ideal for families and groups of up to 12 guests. It has 4 bedrooms, plus bunk beds for children, 3 bathrooms (one with a hydromassage shower and one with a bathtub), an equipped kitchen and a bright living area. Outside, there is a private pool, garden, and terrace for moments of relaxation. Amenities include: WiFi, air conditioning, TV and washing machine. Perfect for a holiday amidst nature, relaxation, and exclusive comfort.

Tenuta Ara del Tufo - Il Corbezzolo

Il Corbezzolo is a beautiful yurt for 2 people, nestled in the tranquility of the estate. It has a double bedroom, a private bathroom with an internal shower, and an equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, a mini refrigerator, and a microwave. The yurt is equipped with air conditioning. Outside you will find a private area with an outdoor shower, barbecue grill, sink, and a rocking chaise longue for two, ideal for relaxing in nature.
