Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Province of Frosinone

The apartment is in a village that was virtually wiped out during WWII. It has been rebuilt and it is again what I would expect of an Italian village. We loved the atmosphere. We had a drink in the bar below the apartment with a few of the locals and our hosts. Everyone was very friendly.

The property is in the central area of Villetta Barrea. The mini apartments are very nice and typical....comfortable mattresses, large and clean bathroom. Manuela was very nice and professional.

Our sleepy vacation at Giuseppe and Matilde's house was fantastic. The place is beautiful and quiet, close to the amenities, the sea and charming places rich in history;the cozy, very clean house is equipped with everything. Giuseppe and Matilde were fantastic, friendly and helpful, and also helped us at a time when my father was not well. They really deserve beyond five stars

We found the apartment easy to find and with a good possibility of parking. When we entered, the order and cleanliness immediately made us feel welcome, with a good smell in the environment. The apartment is cozy like a home. The managers were very kind and available at our times, with flexibility on check-in and check-out times. Experience too short as we had a good time. Thank you! Staying in Gavignano was an unforgettable experience for our family. An opportunity to relive good times from the past in a beautiful and history-filled villa. For those who want to reconnect with themselves or enjoy a new rhythm of life. It is important to bring groceries since there are not many options of shopping in the city, especially at night. We will return for sure.

we arrived much later than expected, the welcome was truly wonderful. Breakfast was a plus, with everything you need, toiletries in large quantities! Dogs are welcome. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the home of the very sweet Nicoletta. She is a wonderful person, very kind, hospitable and discreet. The house is a gem, comfortable and really equipped with everything. For me the most important thing is that it was very clean !!! Located in the center of Pescasseroli, convenient to reach everything. Really super recommended! Thank you for everything

lovely apartment with impeccable cleanliness. We found everything we needed. Comfortable rooms and also the bathroom. The kitchen with the essentials, but efficient. the location is great, central. You can take a nice walk. Ernesto and his brother were polite and available for every request. A tip, if you come on weekends, book a restaurant in time because we did not find ourselves at the last time that there was no place anywhere, neither a barrea nor a villa. Fortunately there was a market and a butcher, so we cooked at home, still having a pleasant evening having everything we needed. thank you Ernesto. Highly recommended.

It was a great flat for two adults and two children. Bigger than it looks in the pictures. It had everything we needed, the surroundings are beautiful, a great view from the balcony. We could regularly see deer and wild boar from there :)

We stayed here for a weekend to escape the chaos of the city, the place is magical, within a wonderful forest and with the possibility of getting to the center of Monte Livata on foot with a pleasant walk.🌿 The house is very nice and super characteristic, the possibility of lighting the fireplace makes everything more magical and welcoming!!! Filippo was very kind, he welcomed us with enthusiasm and dedicated himself to showing us, among the various things, even the best places and restaurants to go. Beautiful experience, it was just what we were looking for, thank you!!!

Very good accommodation, up to the description and photos. there is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. the terrace is a real plus.

Once we found the Villa we were delighted with everything and the most amazing views from the house breathtaking. We had no need to communicate with Simona on arrival as her Aunt Maria welcomed us and was a lovely host for our stay. We were 10 people on a family reunion so the house worked perfectly for all of us. We each said we would definitely use this villa again. Thank you Maria for you kindness

Great clean place! Very practical close to downtown! Well-equipped and has everything you need. The shower is too small though. Roccavivi is always so beautiful and you can eat a fairy tale very well! We'll definitely be back!

Anna Maria / Michele house was as authentic medieval Italian house as it gets. This is the real deal, massive personality and a genuine treasure. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer, so responsive, so accommodating and incredibly helpful. If you’re staying in or around Carpineto, I couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough!

We had a lovely time in Cassino. It's a nice city with a very nice atmosphere especially in the evening. Apartment located in the city center close to everything. Decent communication. I recommend it.

Old house but very well maintained: clean and spacious. Two large bedrooms, two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking area without any problems, helpful host. Recommended.

An amazing nature surrounding!

This weekend we stayed in the apartment of Donatella, my husband and our 9 month old. We had a great time to say the least. The house is in the center and enjoys all the comforts and comforts; we really felt like we were at home... Donatella, we will be back! :) Thanks for everything!

beautiful apartment, as soon as you entered there was a beautiful, well cleaned and furnished scent. Breakfast included with packaged products, if you want something fresh in front of the apartment there is a bakery /pastry shop that makes great cookies (and much more )... we have stocked before leaving. Denis is very kind, always available and very respectful in respecting our privacy once you enter the accommodation. We'll definitely be back!

I spent 4 days in Barrea with my husband and our 3 children. The apartment matches the description and photos, clean and with a beautiful view of the lake from the two terraces. In a few minutes you can climb the viewpoints and the historic center (really beautiful). Restaurants, bakery, and other small shops within walking distance (restaurants are worth booking, especially on August weekends!). Nearby there are many nice activities to do with children (we took the tour with chamois horses and the visit to the deer center for example).

We were accompanied by the address indicated to the apartment by Mrs. Sonia, who was immediately very kind and helpful, along with Roberto, throughout the stay. The area is really very quiet and the balcony view opens to valley. In general, all the spaces in the room were spacious, bright, and clean. The bathtub was greatly appreciated, although we were unable to activate the hot tub (I don't know if due to actual problems or our incompetence). Various products have also been provided for both bathing and cooking, so even for longer stays there would be everything you need. For check-out the owners were really very permissive, as there were no reservations for the next day. If you are driving, Lenola is definitely an excellent base to visit nearby areas as well, such as Gaeta. Absolutely recommended for those looking for peace of mind!
