Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Livorno

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

Tiziano was very kind and helpful. He welcomed us with great courtesy by explaining all the amenities and recommending places to go. The apartment is very cozy and really equipped with everything. The beach is a 10-minute walk away with street crossing problems. Highly recommended

Alessandro was very nice and approachable. The ironing board was missing, which could be useful, and he got it new the next day. Mea Culpa, I had to leave the apartment first and was courteous to me. Available and responsive.

Very nice stay on the island of Elba close to lovely beaches.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

As soon as we arrived at Carlo's accommodation, we immediately had the feeling that our vacation would be special: the location and the house itself are wonderful, the large park (all fenced, perfect for those like us who had children and dogs) that surrounds you with incredible quiet, the large spaces of the house are precious when there are so many of you, everyone has their own privacy. Carlo is an exceptional host, prepared and welcoming. He helped us with all our requests! (and there were many:) a special thanks to Grazia who helps you find an impeccable house, beds and towels arranged as in the best hotels, the house smells clean until the last day, this is synonymous with attention to detail that is often not found elsewhere. This accommodation will win your heart. It was also special for our dogs, a huge park where they could play and run safely. starting again was really tiring!

Stefania is a very helpful and welcoming person. The chalet is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The property is clean, equipped with all comforts and is very beautiful and welcoming. I plan to return at the first opportunity. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay in Castiglioncello! We had an amazing time staying at Luca’s apartment. The place is spacious! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a lovely balcony where we enjoyed relaxing in both mornings and evenings. The location is fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, also not far from the city center, it’s calm and peaceful. There are also several delicious restaurants nearby, and even the neighbors were super friendly. Luca was an incredible host, very welcoming and kind. He even picked us up from the train station and gave us a helpful introduction to the apartment and the area. Check in and check out time is also very flexible. One thing to note is that the apartment is close to the train tracks, so you might hear some noise. But it didn’t bother us that much. Overall, we were super satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!!!

Simona's apartment is nice, super clean, tidy and above all fresh! It turned out to be a pleasant retreat during a particularly hot summer. It is located on the hill, surrounded by woods and silence, a truly enchanting place, and not far from the sea. The outdoor space is curated, shaded, and intimate, Simona's kittens' company was pleasant and relaxing. Simona was an attentive, discreet and friendly host, I really appreciated her local tips and local companies. I hope to be back soon!

Beautiful location, amazing views, the house is perfect, and a very classic Tuscan villa. My family loved it very much.

Elena proved to be a really helpful host, both before and during the stay, with advice and useful directions. The accommodation not only matches the description, but is also equipped with everything you need, impeccable cleanliness and the village in which it is located is quiet and very characteristic. You can't always find parking in front of the house, but just be willing to take a few more steps and you'll find it easily (considering it's August). From Riotorto it is easy not only to reach the sea but also larger centers such as Follonica and Piombino. Ultimately it was a great vacation, very relaxing, we would have liked to have stayed there!

The apartment is more than comfortable, tidy and very clean, located in a great location a stone's throw from the sea and the pedestrian center of San Vincenzo. Ilaria is an excellent host, always available for all our requests as well as providing us with information on various activities to do in the area. Highly recommended

The location of the apartment is certainly the strongest point. Stay on the top floor and enjoy a beautiful sea view. Upon arrival, you will be well received in a neat, clean room. Everything in the room works well, except the TV, because there is no internet so it is of little use. However, in my opinion, a TV is not important at all if you have much more interesting things to do outside.

We loved our stay , everything was beautiful and just as described, Christine and Monica we’re both great host and made us feel at home. The countryside is beautiful. The recommendation for restaurants were all great, I would definitely go back again !

this accommodation is very well located, very close to the town center,and very quiet,surrounded by greenery. the family is discreet and very welcoming, they adapted to my pace,leaving early to board. the bedroom is simple and spacious,with its small outdoor space i recommend it.

We were in Cecina for a few days and had a good time at Benedetta's. We spontaneously arrived earlier and were then allowed to check in with self check-in - it was no problem at all. All the rooms were very clean and everything was furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and we got great tips on what we could do (even without a car). The other guests were also really nice. Thanks for the stay!!
