The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking, the parking is a 2 minute walk. It has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.

Vacation home located 200 meters from the sea in a central area very well served by neighborhood shops. It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.
