The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Located on one of the oldest streets in the city, it is on the second and top floor of a recently renovated historic building. Arranged on two levels, the upper part has three large skylights overlooking the wonderful sky of Livorno. A stone's throw from all the nightclubs and the port but very quiet thanks to its location inside the building.
