The place can be reached by a dirt road of 2.5 km from the village of San Piero in Campo (as far as public transport goes), a few minutes drive from the most enchanting beaches of the island (Cabbage, Seccheto, Fetovaia) and the tourist and commercial center of Marina di Campo. It is advisable to have your own vehicle. The house is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean scrub alternating with large and evocative granite cliffs. The large garden is fenced, contains a vegetable garden and an olive grove. There are no other homes nearby. The most evocative trails for hikers and mountain bikers wind around the resort. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The studio is located about 2.5 km from the historic center and the beaches of the municipality of Portoferraio (Ghiaie, Padulella, Sansone, Capo Bianco, Sotto Bomba, Forno, Scaglieri, Biodola). It consists of a living room with a double bed, small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hot/cold air conditioner, coffee machine with pods (bialetti), equipped and fenced garden, barbecue, covered parking space. Very quiet and peaceful location. There is a dog and a cat in the garden.
