Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Lucca

Simona molto cordiale e disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni utili per mangiare e spostarsi in zona; utilissime le biciclette messe a disposizione. Appartamento piccolo ma pulitissimo, bagno ampio con essenziali per l'igiene, letto matrimoniale comodo e camera con infissi ben insonorizzati; comodo parcheggio in cortile interno e facilità di spostamento sia alla rinomata zona centrale di Viareggio sia alle spiagge attrezzate o libere (molto belle e selvagge quelle più a sud). Ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare la zona.

L’appartamento è come da descrizione, molto pulito e ordinato, in una posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere il mare sia per andare in stazione. Il tocco in più è la super disponibile e affabile Stefania che ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem abgetrennten Bereich, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Privater Zugang zum Strand auch top. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich, wenn auch nicht allzu groß. Für unseren Urlaub von 5 Nächten mit Kleinkind allerdings ausreichend. Nur auf die Stechmücken sollte man beim Aussteigen auf dem privaten Parkplatz vorbereitet sein. In der Wohnung sind dann Fliegennetze an den Fenstern und auch Mückenspray/-stecker vorhanden, dadurch war das kein Problem. Natalia ist eine super Gastgeberin, antwortet immer schnell und hilft bei Problemen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

L'appartamento è spazioso, ben arredato, pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Marsela è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Nei dintorni si parcheggia facilmente ed in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il porto. Siamo molto soddisfatti e dovessimo tornare a Viareggio torneremmo da Marsela con piacere

Appartamento climatizzato molto carino e pulito, host simpatici e disponibili. Spiaggia libera a 5 minuti a piedi e parcheggio gratuito presso la struttura. Soggiorno consigliato.

L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente ed in una posizione molto comoda! Il lungomare di Viareggio era lì a pochi passi, il bar sotto casa perfetto per colazione e aperitivo e a meno di dieci minuti a piedi un supermercato e innumerevoli servizi. Laura è stata da subito gentile e disponibile, ci siamo organizzati facilmente e velocemente per il check-in e mi ha dato ottimi consigli su come muovermi in zona.

Perfekt Unterkunft für den Strandurlaub, man hat alles was man brauch. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und macht viel Spaß. Sie ist sehr kühl, wenn’s sehr warm ist und die Kommunikation ist der Hammer. Vielen lieben Dank

Это было одно из лучший проживаний! Милый, красивый домик со всеми удобствами и инструкциями. Хозяева очень дружелюбные люди, всегда помогу и подскажут, они заботятся о комфорте для заселяющихся,даже лучше, чем в дорогом отеле! Это был восторг, место в 7 минутах от моря, можно встречать красивые закаты. Очень ухоженная территория, абрикосовое дерево и вокруг красота! Я с нетерпением жду встречи снова, я не хотела уезжать, мне было очень комфортно!

Roberto and his family were wonderful and generous. They helped us out a lot. And went above and beyond normal host responsibilities. We had a great time! loved the place. Beautiful view. Will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa très bien agencée, propre et arborée. L'endroit est parfait et notre intimité a été respecté.

Alloggio accogliente e pulito. Ottima posizione centrale. Vicinissimo al mare e al centro città raggiungibili entrambi a piedi. Consigliatissimo.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Paola was very easy and quick to communicate with. As Americans be prepared if you are heat intolerant, there is AC but it never really got cool in the unit. It is a walk up so it’s a bit choppy and might be tough if you have a lot of luggage. The location is very convenient. Walkable to the promenade and many cute shops. I do wish there had been some more light in the unit but overall it was a very nice stay.

Francesca en Fabio geven je een warm welkom bij aankomst. Villa Jenny ligt op loopafstand van het treinstation, strand, supermarkt, bakker, ijssalon, fietsverhuur en leuke restaurants. Het huis is gezellig ingericht en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het dakterras leent zich uitstekend om geheel privé te ontbijten of een boekje te lezen. Er is een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Dus veel kleding hoeft er niet mee. Er is ruim voldoende linnengoed aanwezig. Kortom: een fantastische plek om het mooie Toscane (per trein) te ontdekken.

Casa veramente stupenda, un peccato soggiornare solo una notte. Veramente ampia e confortevole, sembrava di essere a casa. Cucina super fornita con tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Host super disponibile anche durante il soggiorno per esigenze e consigli utili sulla zona. Veramente consigliato🤩

Die Wohnung liegt ideal, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und zu vielen sehr guten Lokalen. Auch ein größerer Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wer es sehr ruhig mag, sollte sich eher außerhalb der Stadt eine Unterkunft suchen. Uns aber hat es sehr gefallen, das städtische Umfeld in Viareggio mit allen Attraktionen mitzubekommen.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super, die Mieter im Haus sehr nett. Die Nachbarschaft, sagen wir mal sehr lebhaft 😉. Parken ist theoretisch tagsüber ein Problem, ab 21:00 Uhr bis 09:00 Uhr sind die Parkplätze gebührenfrei. Stefano war immer erreichbar, super Gastgeber

Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos, nos receberam muito bem, o apartamento é confortável, bem decorado, limpo, bem equipado com tudo que uma família precisa para passar ótimas férias a beira mar. A localização é perfeita, próximo ao mar, ao comércio que se pode ir a pé, ao calçadão de Viareggio, que é muito agradável para caminhar a qualquer hora, estacionamento para o carro é abundante, a proximidade de pontos turísticos de toda a Toscana (Florença, Pisa, etc..) e de Cinque Terre foi fundamental para nossas férias. Com certeza recomendo este anfitrião e este apartamento para estadia de férias.

We enjoyed our stay in Viareggio. The apartment is close walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, shopping and the train station. With 4 adults, it was great to have a second bathroom. Giulia was a great host. Would stay here again.

Very beautiful place, area was quiet and beach was very near. Elena and her husband was very kind and always ready to help. Just a lovely family and perfect home.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Elenas Appartement. Elena ist eine wirklich sympathische Gastgeberin. Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Sie half uns, ein Parkplatz gleich neben der Wohnung zu finden und hatte zahlreiche Tipps für die Gegend. Sie fragte stets, ob alles in Ordnung sei und war sowohl beim Check in, als auch beim Check out vor Ort. Das Appartement sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos. Alles schön eingerichtet, helle und moderne Möbel. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, sowie eine Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Die zwei Badezimmer waren auch perfekt. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral. Wir konnten das Auto einfach stehen lassen, weil man überall zu Fuß hinkommt. Das Meer ist fast um die Ecke. Es gibt nette Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke und eine sehr lange und große Promenade. Der Strand ist sehr groß. Man kann nur gegen eine Gebühr (ca ab 25€/ Tag) den Tag dort verbringen, dafür hat man aber einen sehr sauberen Strand mit Service. Daumen hoch von uns! :)

We had great week at Gabriele's place. the apartment is compact but has everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen with good quality and clean utensils, a spacious shower, a wide bed, lots of storage space, and great big windows that let in daylight and a nice breeze. Gabriele was kind to also offer a high chair and a cot for our baby. The building is in a fantastic location, walking distance between the park and the beach, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has an elevator which was handy with our luggage and stroller! The flat was clean and Gabriele was a responsive host. It was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Iacopo's place with our two kids. It has an amazing view to the sea and mountains, even better than what it seems on the photos. We loved that it is very close to the beach and there are many good restaurants nearby. The private parking is great and very close to the building. The apartment was well equipped and clean.
