Per prima cosa una posizione fantastica, l’appartamento praticamente in spiaggia, svegliarsi e guardare il mare è stato bellissimo. Poi la posizione per raggiungere le mete che ci eravamo prefissati è stata perfetta. L’appartamento molto carino, pulito e Sarà sempre pronta per qualsiasi cosa occorresse.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem abgetrennten Bereich, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Privater Zugang zum Strand auch top. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich, wenn auch nicht allzu groß. Für unseren Urlaub von 5 Nächten mit Kleinkind allerdings ausreichend. Nur auf die Stechmücken sollte man beim Aussteigen auf dem privaten Parkplatz vorbereitet sein. In der Wohnung sind dann Fliegennetze an den Fenstern und auch Mückenspray/-stecker vorhanden, dadurch war das kein Problem. Natalia ist eine super Gastgeberin, antwortet immer schnell und hilft bei Problemen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Perfekt Unterkunft für den Strandurlaub, man hat alles was man brauch. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und macht viel Spaß. Sie ist sehr kühl, wenn’s sehr warm ist und die Kommunikation ist der Hammer. Vielen lieben Dank

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..

Absolutely stunning place. We fell in love with the apartment, the house, the whole condominium and the surroundings. Matteo is a very nice person, he was always helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, large, very well equipped, quiet and safe. Trouble-free parking in front of the house, everything inside the fenced area, so absolutely safe. The surroundings are amazing...a short walk to a large and long beach, a short walk to a wonderful large forest, which is great for walks. A restaurants and a supermarkets are also very close. We really liked it here and are already thinking about when we will return there. Thank You.

Rebecca è stata gentilissima e super disponibile.L’alloggio è in una posizione ottima perché sullo splendido lungomare di Viareggio,che è una cittadina incantevole.Molto comodo e pulito al suo interno.Cucina attrezzatissima.Siamo venuti in primavera e immaginiamo che in stagione estiva lo stabilimento Primavera sia incantevole ancor di più!Felicissimi del nostro soggiorno!Torneremo e lo straconsigliamo!

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

This is an amazing place- great location right next to a beautiful sandy beach, with own shaded space reserved. The pool was also lovely and facilities great. Pietro was always on hand to help us and answer any enquiries. He kindly booked us taxis and was always very friendly.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

We recently stayed at this apartment in Marina di Pietrasanta and had a great time. The accommodation is a bit basic and more like a traditional beach house when compared to a modern apartment but that’s expected when you’re just 30m from the beach! It didn’t affect our experience at all. A highlight was the private gazebo on the beach, perfect for relaxing on the beach. We also had access to the pool, great for when we didn’t want to swim in the sea. Next to the pool is a restaurant, the food was always good and the staff very friendly. The restaurant also overlooks the pool, so we could enjoy long lunches while our little one played in the water. The location is excellent, just a 500m walk to the main square with shops, cafés and a great evening vibe. Forte dei Marmi is just a short drive away for high-end shopping. If you’re after a laid-back beach holiday with everything nearby, this is a great pick, we’ve already recommended it to friends.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk! Tiszta, jól felszerelt szobák, kedves házigazda és nyugodt környezet a kikötőre nézve! Ideális választás pihenéshez – csak ajánlani tudjuk!

Wij hebben 10 dagen lang genoten van een heerlijke vakantie in een fijne B&B. Het verblijf is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie van het verblijf is erg centraal. Je bent in een paar minuten bij de boulevard en ook het strand is niet ver weg. Wij hebben uiteindelijk fietsen gehuurd waardoor wij veel konden zien van Viareggio, maar ook de plaatsjes in de buurt. Vanaf Viareggio ben je met de trein in 20 minuten in Pisa of Lucca. Perfect dus! De hosts waren erg vriendelijk en waren eigenlijk altijd te bereiken. We hebben veel tips gekregen over goede restaurantjes om te eten of waar we bijvoorbeeld het best de fietsen kunnen huren. Al met al dus een top verblijf gehad. Een echte aanrader!

Wir hatten diese Wohnung bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Lage, die moderne Einrichtung und der Comfort haben uns wiederum sehr gefallen. Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Kommuniktion mit Sophia, welche uns praktisch Tag und Nacht bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle und half uns aus. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war, dass im Vergleich zum Vorjahr nicht mehr ganz alles an Ausstattung zur Verfügung stand und wir einige Dinge nachfragen mussten. Zwar löste Sophia praktisch alle Herausforderungen sofort, dennoch war das ein kleiner Abstrich. Jammern auf hohem Niveau zugegegenermassen.

La casa di Francesco si è dimostrata l’ideale per me e la mia famiglia, gli spazi sono misurati e non manca niente per trascorrere uno splendido soggiorno. Massima disponibilità e flessibilità dell’host. Grazie!

Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Airbnb. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Traumhafte Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer. Eleonora war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte immer gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bereit. Können nur positives berichten. Leider hat das Wetter im September nicht immer gut mitgespielt aber dafür hatten wir das gemütliche Schlafzimmer :)

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Wohnung im August verbracht. Schon wenn man in das riesengroße Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche kommt, ist man von diesem Ausblick gebannt. Rechts der Blick auf den Strand und das Meer, links die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Grand Hotel Royal und die 2 km lange Promenade. Stühle, Tische, Sofas auf der Terrasse in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Morgens hat man Schatten auf der Meerseite, abends auf der Terrasse zum Boulevard hin. Zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenen Bädern und hervorragend funktionierende Klimaanlagen auf dem gleichen Stockwerk. Beide Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang auf die große Terrasse. Luxuriöser Gasherd zum Kochen. Oben noch eine Mansarde mit Waschmöglichkeit und Bad. Da man direkt über dem Boulevard wohnt, ist es natürlich nicht ruhig, aber es ist herrlich, die Menschen zu beobachten, die über den Boulevard flanieren. Wir würden das Apartment vorbehaltlos empfehlen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

We had great week at Gabriele's place. the apartment is compact but has everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen with good quality and clean utensils, a spacious shower, a wide bed, lots of storage space, and great big windows that let in daylight and a nice breeze. Gabriele was kind to also offer a high chair and a cot for our baby. The building is in a fantastic location, walking distance between the park and the beach, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has an elevator which was handy with our luggage and stroller! The flat was clean and Gabriele was a responsive host. It was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
