A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! We stayed 8 nights at Elio's house with our 5 and 3 year old children and it was a wonderful experience! The house has very large and bright rooms, furnished with everything you need, and the garden offers a view of the surrounding hills and priceless peace! Even better than in the photos! We used the house as a base to visit practically the entire region and it is also very close to the sea. There is a well-stocked bakery and supermarket nearby. Elio was very kind, always available and ready to provide advice on the area. Upon our arrival, he also welcomed us with a nice basket of excellent cherries! Really super recommended, especially for families with children, who can enjoy this wonderful garden!

We had wonderful days, a lovely cottage with beautiful views, wonderful pool. Delicious homemade bread, pizzas and of course wine! We were with 2 kids who had more than fun with all the games and table tennis and foosball. Everything has been taken care of to the last detail, super sweet people and incredibly attentive! We'd love to visit again

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We were there for three days - Marco was super nice and lives right next door and was always available for questions. Most beautiful view from the terrace into the Marche - street hardly used - equipment sufficient for 3 days - very sweet cat that the children loved!

The apartment is really very nice, exceptionally furnished, very clean and especially the location could not have been better. In a few minutes you can reach the main sights and the beautiful Piazza del Popolo. Ascoli Piceno is a very beautiful city and a visit is absolutely recommended. The check-in was easy, Daniela greeted us personally in front of the house. We would stay again anytime.

Ascoli and its surroundings are very beautiful. Compared to food, there is little alternative for those who do not eat meat. But we had taken this into account. The apartment is super nice and a stone's throw from the center.

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Really lovely rustic house in a beautiful location amongst olive trees. Tamsin was a great host, promptly answering any queries we had and making good recommendations. Veg plot was a great bonus for easy salads on hot days! We had a lovely trip!

This is a beautiful yet simple apartment in the heart of the old town. It is literally spotless! We would recommend!!!

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. Spacious appartment with all amenities

Lorena is an exceptional host. Always present and available, he offers valuable advice on the surrounding areas. At check-in we found a bottle of local wine and a homemade jam as a welcome. Both excellent! The house is a stone's throw from the center and the sea. It is equipped with every comfort and is very clean. Comfortable environment, like feeling at home! Thank you Lorena for making our holiday special!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Lovely place close to the mountains and helpful and welcoming hosts

Our stay was fantastic. Our host was full of good information and super kind and on the ball. The appartment is a quick walk from the elevator that takes you up to the old city. Park is right in the street for free or in a parking lot 5min walk. It was perfect for outlr stay.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like in the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.

Quiet, charming place. 7 minutes from the waterfront. Very clean, very well equipped and quick to provide information both on site and in the apartment. Quiet place, you don't hear any noise, ventilated so you can eat outside with a nice breeze. Highly recommended.
