Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Modena

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole! La casa era esattamente come descritta: spaziosa, pulita e molto accogliente. Era dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirci a casa. Il check-in è stato facile e l’host è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio e speriamo di poterci tornare presto!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Apartment von Alfredo und würden dieses bei einem Besuch in Bologna sofort und jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Wohnung war in einem Top Zustand, alles wirkte neu und war auch mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass wir uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es gab sogar Wasser und Snacks im Kühlschrank, was wirklich eine total freundliche Aufmerksamkeit war. Wir waren auch von der Lage begeistert, da wir zu Fuß super in den Kern von Bologna gekommen sind und im Radius von 15-30 Gehminuten richtig tolle Restaurans, Cafés und Eisdielen lagen. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls perfekt geklappt. Wir hoffen, eines Tages nach Bologna zurückzukommen und dann hier wieder zu übernachten :)

Ivan was always available when we needed him for questions on where and how to bag drop Pre check in, we had an issue with the hot water due to someone turning the boiler off in the group as well as a light. Ivan responded straight away and advised this could be the case which it was and resolved there and then. I asked Ivan for any recommendations which he did and we checked out and was very happy. The flat is on the centre of Bologna, amongst the shops, restaurants, coffee shops, nearby supermarket and near everything you want and need for a Bologna stay and at night it was peaceful and quiet even tho in the centre . Would def recommend and will come back and stay here again without question. The flat was very clean and well looked after, no complaints from a family of 4 !

Absolutely beautiful apartment , not far from anything . The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay . Great transport links for the station . A very short distance to walk to the centre of Bologna with its May bars and restaurants . Allessandra as a host is very responsive and friendly . Thank you for a great stay .

Great area and the flat is quiet considering the amount of people, restaurants and bars. Nice place to stay and the air conditioning was hugely apprecaited

This stylish well outfitted apartment was a hidden gem. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, it had all you could want for a great stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean with thoughtful inclusions such as pantry items, and hair and body products for use during our stay. It was in walking distance to many of Bologna’s eateries and attractions. Francesca was an excellent host, she was very responsive and provided us with an extensive list of local recommendations which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend! Thanks Francesca.

Easy to find! Near by the train station. I had a bit of a hiccup with my medication while traveling the co-host made sure I was covered. I really enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend to anyone else who may have doubts or want to book! 11/10 would stay again :)

Siamo stati davvero bene durante i 3 giorni trascorsi qui. Tutti sono stati disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Il posto è meraviglioso, rilassante, perfetto per fuggire dalla città. L'appartamento carinissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario, mancava solo bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone mani, ma niente di terribile che possa farci rivalutare negativamente la bellissima idea che ci siamo fatti di questo splendido posto. Torneremo con estremo piacere ❤️

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

Dejvi è stato molto gentile, accogliente e flessibile. L’appartamento rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione: dotato di tutti i servizi, rifornito generosamente di tutto il necessario (anche per la colazione), e in una posizione estremamente centrale e comoda.

Wij waren met 1 doel in Bologna: De beste restaurants ontdekken. Daarvoor was het appartement perfect gelegen. Da Me, Diana en I Carracci allemaal op wandelafstand. Enoteca Italiana vlakbij.

Ich wurde auch am späten Abend noch herzlich empfangen und bekam einen kleinen Rundgang durch das Haus und die Wohnung – inklusive hilfreicher Tipps zum Essen gehen in der Umgebung. Trotz Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns dank Google Übersetzer gut verständigen. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Diese Wohnung erfüllt alle Ansprüche. Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marco und Chiara haben zu Beginn, als ich noch ein oder zwei Fragen hatte, sofort geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps ipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist hell, hat Morgen- und Abendsonne und ist gut gelegen - 7-8‘ von der Porta Maggiore und damit der sehr schönen Strada Maggiore mit vielen Geschäften, Bars und Einkausmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist auch ruhig, die Nachbarn sehr freundlich, wenn man sich sieht. Auch die Strasse, in welcher die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr schön und hat Zonenparkplätze, die sich über eine app bezahlen lassen. Fazit: Gastgeber topp, Wohnung super (ich werde zurückkommen) und die Stadt grosse Klasse! Es war alles perfekt.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen für Stadterkundungen. Bester Eisladen der Stadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Und das Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem sich morgens ein Kaffee in der Sonne genießen lässt.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, perfekt gelegen für Unternehmungen und Sergio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Empfehlungen für die Gegend waren hervorragend und das Apartment ist sauber und sehr authentisch und schön! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Danke für alles.

Unser Aufenthalt in Bologna bei Damiana war rundum gelungen. Sie war ausgesprochen freundlich, antwortete immer sofort und versorgte uns mit vielen tollen Restauranttipps. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und angenehm kühl – die Klimaanlage war bei der großen Hitze in Bologna ein echter Segen. Besonders schön: der süße Balkon, auf dem wir morgens gefrühstückt haben. Obwohl Damiana bei unserer Ankunft nicht persönlich da war, klappte die Schlüsselübergabe über die Nachbarn absolut reibungslos. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben zu dritt drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Wohnung von Silvia verbracht und können es nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist top - ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit dem Bus gut vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen - und die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gemütlich, ruhig, hell, großzügig und ein toller Rückzugsort auch für eine Siesta bei heißem Wetter. Bett und Schlafsofa sind beide sehr bequem. Sehr praktisch sind auch die Waschmaschine und die Klimaanlage! Silvia hat uns ein paar tolle Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben und die Kommunikation war super freundlich und einwandfrei. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft die perfekte Basis für die Erkundung von Bologna. Vielen Dank, Silvia!
