My house is located 50 m from the ancient Saracen tower that overlooks the crystal clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away there is a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shops , ATM and beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for some tranquility , solo adventurers who love nature , business travelers and families (with children). The house is also a ten-minute drive from Baunei for those who want to practice climbing and hiking in the beautiful mountains .

The house is perfect for every season, in the summer months for its proximity to the sea and for its wonderful view, for swimming and sunbathing, in autumn and winter, for hiking, climbing and archaeological visits. Good food and great wine will brighten your stay in any season. Air conditioning is in every bedroom and the living room has a nice pellet stove.
