Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Oristano

San Leonardo is a magical place... in autumn the colors of the leaves embellish the already splendid trees... the pond with the geese, the seven fountains with good water... the house is right in front of the church of the Knights of Malta, it is very well furnished and Carmela takes care of it perfectly.

Great little stop! The nearby Roman ruins and lighthouse were very nice.

Great location, you can do anything on foot. Easy to park the car which is a plus in Bosa. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped and arranged. Responsive and considerate host. I would highly recommend it

Pleasant experience, apartment adequate and true to description. We immediately found parking right in front, the village is nice and the people are friendly. All surrounded by silence, you can only feel nature. We were greeted on time and received all the directions on the spot, bars and pizzeria, services, etc. The house is well cared for and super clean, we only used one bedroom and everything was in order. Although the mattress was not comfortable, I still leave a 5-star rating in the hope that it will be changed as soon as possible. The other unclear aspect is the civic numbers of houses in Via Roma, there are still old tags with old numbers and we went a little further but it's really all within walking distance and we found the house easily. Great garden outside, we had breakfast with local swallows. All promoted!

The house is very well maintained and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well cared for, clean and welcoming. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via AirBnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a telephone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

Excellent welcome from Sébastiano who helped us transport our luggage, he was available to each of our requests. The accommodation is spotless with beautiful views of Bosa, up to the sea. If you are 4 couples, you should know that as indicated one of the bedrooms is smaller, without air conditioning but equipped with a fan, the other 3 are very beautiful. All 4 bedrooms have bathroom and toilet and it's very nice.

It was a pleasure to stay for 10 days in Davides apartment. Davide and his Dad were so friendly and helpful if needed and also authentic. The apartment is also very nice and spacious. The beach is very close. Another plus point are the extremely friendly neighbors 😃. We have only had good experiences in Sardinia so far, but this time it was a highlight 👍

Spacious and clean flat, filled with natural light but also with window shutters/curtains and mosquito nets - both are very convenient during hot weather. The flat was well equipped and if we needed anything else, Marco was helpful and provided us with extras. Parking available on site, there's a shadow spot, too, which protects the car from heating up in the morning. Peaceful place with calming views. Responsive and flexible host. Highly recommended!

Michele is a super attentive host! He always responded to our concerns and always did his best to make everything possible. The accommodation is in a top location, right on the beach, with plenty of space and beautiful surroundings. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

I walked into Simone's apartment and felt at home. Everything matched my idea of home. I want to emphasize the wonder of the sheltered and covered terrace where we had lunch and dinner for 4 days. The apartment is very special. I will definitely be back.

We had a great stay and can only thank Rosa and Giulio for their hospitality! Before arrival, we received a helpful guide in English. Upon arrival we were shown around the flat. The two were very responsive and helpful for any questions that came up during our stay and even brought us a homemade cake! Communication was great although we don't speak Italian and they don't speak English. We felt very welcome! The flat is well-equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine, and practical beach umbrella. The garden is just beautiful and gives you holiday feeling right away. Parking is just outside the house, there was always a free spot. After experiencing a heatwave with almost 30°C at night during our first week in Sardinia, we were a bit worried about not having air-condition but with windows open at night and the ventilator, it was no problem thanks to the big stone walls. Location is great to explore amazing beaches, cultural heritage and different cities. We can only recommend!

We stayed for a week and explored the surrounding area. The view from the patio was great. The house is well equipped, everything one needs is available. Our host welcomed us himself and was very welcoming. Checkout was very easy and flexible. A small supermarket is very close and 2 Restaurants in walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

We had a great week at Anna's and what a pleasure. Beautiful welcome, a superb place with a breathtaking sunset view. Quiet place, note that we were lucky to have neighbors who were also quiet, which made the stay even more exceptional, but if the neighbor is noisy, it can be annoying. We loved our stay with Gian Marco! The house is clean, spacious, great for a big family! The garden is huge and the kids have plenty of space to roam around, play and run free! Putzu Idu is only 10 minutes away and is a large sandy beach, perfect for spending the entire day! We would love coming back here!

Beautiful home with everything you need to relax. The beach is right outside your doorstep. The host was very kind and helpful. We stayed here for a week during the off-season but still found plenty to explore with some guidance. The beds are comfortable, and you can tell the house was recently cleaned—it smelled fresh and was spotless. The instructions to find the house were also very clear and helpful.

A large and spacious house, all air-conditioned in a peaceful and quiet area. The host is very kind, ready to help. A place worth recommending. Comfortable beds, fresh clean bedding. Everything you need in the kitchen. Garden with a terrace for relaxation. We highly recommend it! :)

We enjoyed our time at Antonio's accommodation. The location and the view are absolutely unique. The house is very well equipped, we felt right at home. The way to the accommodation was no problem with our travel enduros, for normal cars the way is rather not suitable. The beach is within 5-10 min walking. Overall, an absolute paradise that I can only recommend.

We spent two weeks in Torro del Pozzo in Alessandra's beautiful house. The view from living room, the bedrooms and especially from the terrace simply is amazing! The interior is friendly and spacious. The kitchen is small but very clean. There is a patio behind the house that is lovely when it's hot. We loved the small beach by the house just a two minute (steep) walk from the house! Parking the car proved a bit tricky, since our van was a bit oversized for the small (and again very steep) driveway. Turning the car in front of the neighbor's garage always took a few minutes but we preferred that to driving up the driveway backwards.:) The road is close but was rarely heard, the restaurant across the street (bar del capitano) makes great pizza! :) We loved our stay and really recommend Alessandra as a host and the villa as home base to discover this part of the island!

I recently had an amazing vacation in S 'Archtu in Sardinia, and can only highly recommend Antonio's rental via Airbnb. The welcome was warm and attentive. Antonio was an exceptional host, always available to answer our questions and give us tips on the best local activities and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped, offering beautiful sea views. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks again to Antonio for his hospitality.

We liked it very much! The house is super equipped (kitchen utensils, towels, sheets, etc.,), the children could play well outside, even toys were provided by Walter and his family. We were warmly welcomed, a gift basket with treats was ready and we were even able to check in a little earlier which made it easier for us. The very nice spacious beach was for us with the children in about 15 minutes walking. A supermarket can be reached a few minutes by car, the shop at the campsite also has a small selection for urgent purchases. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!
