We are at the foot of the medieval village of Nazzano, among the magical hills of Oltrepo Pavese, between the Terme di Riva and Salice. The suite is 80 square meters and consists of: a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with two sofas, a table and chairs, and a bathroom for exclusive use. A crib and/or cot can be added upon request. The suite is equipped with double glazing, mosquito nets, a minibar and a breakfast corner. Independent entrance in front of the pool for exclusive use. The Studio of the Sarita's Rooms B&B has been renovated and refurbished. Inside, there is an open space consisting of a double bedroom, a reading area, an area with a sofa bed (2 additional beds) and television. There is also a kitchen complete with utensils and a bathroom with shower. The B&B is just a 10-minute walk from the famous' Certosa di Pavia '. It is located in a strategic point halfway to visit both the cities of Pavia (10 min) and Milan (20 min).

The estate is located in a park of about 7 hectares where next to a large amount of valuable plants such as magnolia, sofora, holly, birch and tamarisk you can find a majestic, centenary cedar of Lebanon, historical symbol of the house.

Tree of Karta is part of the House that we live in and that we decided to share with those who will come to discover the magical hills of Oltrepò Pavese. The Radici room is the only room you will find on the ground floor, adapted for people with reduced mobility. In its essence, the furnishings recall the beauty and strength of the roots, which allow the tree to embrace the earth and rise to heaven with grace.

Small apartment on two floors: on the ground floor a kitchenette and 2/3 single beds, on the first floor bathroom and double bed. We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia and our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence.
