Sei pronto a vivere un’esperienza unica all’interno di un bosco ma con tutti i comfort ? A pochi chilometri dalle Terme di Salice, all’ interno di una riserva naturale , si trova Villa Allegra. Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. L’appartamento di circa 65 m² ospita tre adulti o due adulti e due bambini nel divano letto. Wi-Fi, televisori aria condizionata, caminetto, e soprattutto un’aria esterna incredibile.

Famous for its wine, truffle and food and landscape, our house is just in the middle of the most famous UNESCO heritage vineyards on the LA MAGGIORA Road, one of the most scenic roads. Newly renovated LOFT appartment with indipendant entrance, spacious terrace, large living room, fully equiped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and our saltwater swimmingpool. Sleeps up to 5 people. Charger for eletric cars from 11 am to 5 pm.

Detached typical Italian Villa, architecturally built for 4 to 8 people. You can enjoy the Villa with its own swimming pool and wide views over the wine fields here. Your host and winemaker Matteo Piccinini has his vineyards here, and he makes you feel right at home. We have decorated our villa Hotel Chique while retaining the characteristic elements. During the season, you can also go to the public swimming pool, where there is a wonderful happening every day.

The property is located near Milan 25 km, Pavia 15 km, Lodi 15 km, Colline di San Colombano 10 km, Linate Airport 25 km, art, culture and nature. The villa is nestled in the Lombard countryside and is completely finished in wood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and nature and horse lovers. Possibility of tennis courts, hot air balloon flights and drone piloting school nearby.

The Aloe Vera House

Entire floor fully equipped in a semi-independent courtyard house immersed in the Ticino Park, but very close to the points of greatest interest in the province of Pavia and Milan. Ideal for short or long stays, for young people or families, you can use it for work or vacation. For any need, we live upstairs. In July 2023, redevelopment work was carried out, there is no longer a shared entrance with us, but the house is all for you! Welcome!

On a hilltop, overlooking the Trebbia Valley, a private retreat entirely to yourselves. Casa del Bosco is surrounded by 4 hectares of private land, with woods and centuries-old trees, and features a panoramic terrace overlooking Bobbio, voted Italy’s Most Beautiful Village in 2019. Here, the only sounds are the wind through the trees and birdsong. The perfect place to slow down, reconnect with silence, or work remotely immersed in nature.

La Casa della Nonna is immersed in the greenery of Ticino Park. You will have a large fenced garden and a terrace to enjoy sunny days. Cozy and rustic, just like our grandmothers' homes. It consists of a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub/shower. We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

Borgo Sfogliata - Grandpa's house - Mornico Losana

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
