Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Pavia

Siamo stati per la seconda volta nella "casa del riccio". Ci eravamo già stati un anno e mezzo fa in autunno e ci era piaciuta tantissimo, ora l'abbiamo vista in primavera tra il verde intenso, l'esplosione delle ginestre e i fiori della casa... una meraviglia! L'accoglienza di Marco e la sua disponibilità sono state ancora una volta eccezionali.. abbiamo anche festeggiato insieme il compleanno di uno di noi ed è stata una giornata davvero di compagnia! ...ci siamo sentiti proprio come a casa.. ancora meglio! La casa ha visto ancora ristrutturazioni fatte con arte che l'hanno resa ancora più gradevole (se mai ce ne fosse stato bisogno, perché era già bellissima) Un soggiorno che consigliamo vivamente! Soprattutto un grazie a Marco per tutte le attenzioni , la simpatia e la disponibilità dimostrate. A presto! Eugenia, Francesca, Alberto e Pino

Ein wahrgewordener Urlaubstraum! Wir waren voller Vorfreude und wurden nicht enttäuscht – diese Ferienunterkunft ist einfach traumhaft! Das Anwesen, das herrliche Wetter und das angenehm kühle und komplett eingerichtete Haus haben uns sofort begeistert. Besonders genossen haben wir die wundervolle Terrasse und den atemberaubenden Garten mit seinem fantastischen Pool. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Grundstück ist voll eingezäunt, was uns absolute Privatsphäre garantierte und es uns ermöglichte, unseren Hund frei laufen zu lassen. Ray, der Gastgeber, war fantastisch – sofort erreichbar und mit guten Restaurant-Vorschlägen sowie weiteren Tipps zur Umgebung. Das Meer war nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt, was uns zusätzliche Flexibilität gab. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

This beautiful Italian farm house is out in the country, among the vineyards, with beautiful views. Absolutely peaceful. I can imagine that in the summer time the outdoor tables and grill are well utilized. A really fun place for gathering with friends. Lots of room to spread out, to cook, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The old home is charming. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. We spent a wonderful week at this property as a family with 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. The estate is impressive: large, high-ceilinged rooms and plenty of space, which made our stay very comfortable. Although the house is located directly by a road, you don’t notice any noise from the street once you are in the garden or behind the house – it is wonderfully peaceful. The pool is spacious and inviting. The garden is huge, very well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped with numerous flowers, trees, and shrubs. There are plenty of loungers, chairs, tables, and parasols around the pool, providing great comfort. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and flexible. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. When one of the coffee machines was defective, it was replaced immediately – excellent service! We sincerely thank the hosts for the wonderful time and look back on a truly memorable holiday. We highly recommend this accommodation!

le logement de Camilla est un havre de paix. on peut y séjourner au calme et profiter des richesses patrimoniales de la région. le contact avec Camila a été bref mais chaleureux. nous avons eu le bonheur de goûter aux figues fraîches cueuillies par la maman de Camilla.

Mauro and Pina were the best hosts you can ask for. They have a lovely place in the heart of Piemonte, only 1.5 hrs away from Milan. From the great local restaurant recommendations (Olimpia and Pizzeria Stella), to the amazing local wines; from the great views of the hills, to the AMAZING pool, we had a great time along with our 2 year old daughter who did not want to go home. Also, they were very kind to find a babysitter for the day which was also very lovely. The property is very spacious, clean and well maintained. It is located in a quiet remote village, yet close enough to the main motorway and quite easy to find. Many amazing day trips can be done to Asti, Acqui Terme for the Roman spa, Alba for the truffles and Barbaresco/Barolo are all within 1/2 hr - 1 hr drive. Can't wait to go back!

Il nostro soggiorno a casa di Lieto è stato molto piacevole. La casa è molto confortevole, pulitissima e comoda La posizione è ottima, non c'è bisogno di usare la macchina. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e ci hanno dato degli ottimi consigli sulle cose da fare a Pavia. Consigliamo questa casa a tutti Grazie Annamaria e Lieto

Location incantevole nel verde di boschi fittissimi. Tranquillità perfetta, ampi spazi per passeggiare e per fare escursioni a piedi, anche con animali: io ho sogiornato con i miei due cani. L'alloggio è confortevole e corredato di tutto. A poca distanza c'è il paese di Bobbio, una località incantevole con un bellissimo centro storico, che volendo è raggiungibile a piedi. In auto si raggiunge facilmente il Monte Penice e il santuario sulla vetta: il panorama è indimenticabile. L'host si è dimostrata carinissima e ha compiaciuto qualsiasi esigenza senza esitazioni. Consigliabilissimo!

We had the pleasure of staying in this serene apartment, just a stone's throw away from the lake. The apartment was well-equipped, alongside with a convenient kitchen space where the fireplace became the heart of our evenings. The added convenience of private parking and a garden where we could relax and take in the surroundings was truly appreciated. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, accommodating all our needs with grace. The tranquility of the area, combined with the breathtaking mountain views and the proximity to the lake, made our stay unforgettable. Perfect for families seeking peace or hikers eager to explore the valley's natural beauty, this place is a gem. The host's extensive knowledge of the area greatly enriched our experience, guiding us to explore the best spots. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for such a wonderful escape. Lello war immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Check in war dadurch sehr flexibel. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte jedes Zubehör, das man sich vorstellen kann. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits, für uns zur Durchfahrt jedoch ideal. Danke für die angenehme Zeit!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Antonello. L’appartement est très agréable, spacieux et très bien équipé. Le lieu est dans un quartier paisible, nous avons très bien dormi. La présence d’une borne de recharge pour notre voiture électrique nous a été très utile pour visiter la région. Un grand merci à Antonello pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Great place where to stay with a group and the best host

Fantastic privately located house on a hill surrounded by vineyards with 3 big rooms and en suite bathrooms which was great for 5 adults of which two couples. The owner Benny does the initial communication but closer to the date we were contacted by the very kind and helpful host Alfonso who speaks very well English. He helped us onboarding and with whatever question or issue throughout the week. Niku who lives in the house next door maintains the garden and cleans the pool every morning early. We very much appreciated the daily waste collection by Niku, the well furnished rooms and the very well equipped kitchen. The pool is lovely but not-heated which was a pleasure given the hot weather. You must know that the road to the house from the main road is quite long and curvy, the last part is a gravel road. The distance to the village Gavi is about 7km and thus you need a car to get groceries or go into town for dinner. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Federica è stata sempre super disponibile. La casa è enorme e con molti servizi, tra cui barbecue, Ping pong, giochi di società, una cucina molto servita, e un salone enorme con camino. Abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo problema con i riscaldamenti ma Federica è stata sempre reattiva e disponibile a venire a casa ad assisterci.

Eric is a great host. Friendly and fast responsive. Even if we arrived a bit later, he was there waiting for us with the keyes. Apartment is nice and clean. I can realy recommend this place

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich, vorallem der Aussenbereich war toll. Martina war immer erreichbar und ht uns auch bei der organisation von Aktivitäten in der Umgebung unterstützt.

Das Haus war für unsere Gruppe absolut perfekt! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, sodass wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten, aber es war dennoch ein perfekter Aufenthalt bei Stefano 👍🏻

Paola's place is absolutely idyllic - such a corner of paradise (and not far from Milan!). The place is spacious enough for 20-25 people, with a well-equipped kitchen and barbecue: we rented it to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday with friends and we had a grand time. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the shade of trees in the garden, the beautiful view of the hills from the pool, and our meals together at the long table in the porch. Paola is really kind and made us feel welcome and well catered for. Highly recommended, we hope to be back for more unforgettable weekends in the future!
