Couldn’t recommend this place and city enough, a real hidden gem. Communication was easy with Nevio and he was helpful with any questions. The room was spotless and definitely perfect for couples. Perugia is steep so lot of walking at an incline, however, worth it for the stunning views at the end with endless medieval history.

Ons verblijf in een vakantiehuis in een schilderachtig dal nabij Gualdo Tadino, Umbrië, was een geweldige ervaring. De ligging van het huis was perfect, omringd door prachtige natuur en op een ideale plek om de omgeving te verkennen. Het groene landschap bood ons precies de ontspanning die we zochten. Ook vlak bij restaurants en supermarkten. (5 mins) De gastvrouw (en heer :-))maakte ons verblijf echt bijzonder. Ze was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd klaar om ons te adviseren over uitstapjes en lokale bezienswaardigheden. Wat we echter het meest waardeerden, waren de heerlijke zelfgemaakte desserts die ze ons af en toe bracht. Van tiramisu tot verse pannacotta, elk gerechtje was een traktatie. Bovendien kregen we verse tomaten uit haar tuin, die werkelijk vol van smaak waren. Het huis was comfortabel en goed uitgerust, met een heerlijk terras waar we van de omgeving konden genieten. We hadden kort problemen met de elektriciteit, maar dat werd snel verholpen. Top dus.

Casa Di Flor’s is perfect to me!! You can really enjoy the life here in Perugia! Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, immersive italian culture, true colour of the city. I loved it every bit! Definitely coming back!!

Fantastica casetta in un posto strategico per visitare le più belle città delle Marche e prr raggiungere la spiaggia di Senigallia. Siamo stati benissimo. La casetta di Mario era pulitissima e accogliente. Consigliatissima!! Grazie della vostra disponibilità Sergio

This was by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in my life. It is even more beautiful than the pictures! Loretta and her family are so kind and welcoming. The room was exactly as described and was made up beautifully upon our arrival. Every space was immaculately clean as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves daily meals and Loretta had cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us. It is secluded enough to live out your fantasy of staying in a villa on the Italian countryside but still close enough to town for all your needs such as groceries or gas. It was also just a short drive to Perugia and Lake Trasimeno where we enjoyed some kayaking. Although we found ourselves not wanting to leave ver much because this place felt like something straight out of a movie. Cooking our meals with the view of the countryside was breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here and we would love to make it back there someday.

Il casale è eccezionale. Siamo stati solo una notte perchè ci siamo solo appoggiati per continuare il nostro viaggio però mi sarei volentieri fermato di più!

Excellent accueil de la part de Rikke et Lorenzo et de leurs filles. Cadre exceptionnel et logement impeccable. Visite originale du château et dégustation des vins de la propriété ainsi que la découverte de la collecte de truffes avec deux chiens et leur maître. Très bon moment. Site assez isolé permettant d’alterner des périodes de repos totals et de visite assez exceptionnelles dans un rayon de une heure de route. Grand merci à nos hôtes et au courage qu’ils déploient pour faire vivre ce château dans le domaine familial depuis plusieurs siècles.

Logement très calme dans une magnifique campagne d’Ombrie avec seulement les oiseaux et le soleil pour vous réveiller le matin. Beaucoup de superbes villages à proximité et bien entendu Perouse et Assise! Hugues a aussi plein d’endroits chouettes à vous recommander!

Rita has an amazing ABNB, beautiful home, surroundings are extremely peaceful and private. Close to resteraunts, shops and beautiful Olive orchards and vineyards.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Martina. Idéal pour décompresser et profiter de cette magnifique région. La maison et la piscine sont fantastiques. L'accueil et la gentilesse de Martina et des siens sont incroyables! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Encore merci pour cette belle expérience!
