We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Vicino alla camera con un moderno Tatami, c è il bagno con il suo box doccia in cristallo. Fuori dalla sala, il giardino curato dove potrete rilassarvi, ed il posto auto privato.

Perfetto per chi vuole vivere la città e visitare anche le altre zone della Toscana (Firenze, Lucca, 5 Terre). A completare uno spazioso balcone e ascensore renderanno il vostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Parcheggio gratuito accanto alla casa, fermata autobus a 30 mt, vicinissimi anche supermercati ed altri negozi. In 5 minuti si arriva in centro o all'ospedale di Cisanello.
