Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Prato

Cosimo‘s house was absolutely perfect! It was beautifully located in a quiet area, just 15 minutes from the center of Florence. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, clean, and very comfortable. Cosimo was incredibly kind and helpful, he responded quickly anytime we needed something. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable! Benedetta's family, who live in the houses next door, were very friendly and warm. We had a good conversation and got great tips for the area. The property is also home to a pony and two dogs, who are very friendly and trusting, but also accept boundaries if you don't want them to be - just right! For us it was perfect - relaxing, quiet and in nice company. We definitely recommend this accommodation! ❤️

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

The country cottage is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

One of the best stays we have ever had! The surrounding landscape and town are picture perfect! The grounds, pool, and accommodations are absolutely fantastic! My wife and I would love to come back if the opportunity ever presents itself again.

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious... with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... We had a great stay at Sylvia’s place. Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere and peaceful despite being close to a lively area. It was super clean, simply furnished but very comfortable and we loved having access to the terrace. Sylvia is a fabulous host- she was very friendly and helpful, especially spending time helping us work out the best way to travel to Pisa airport on the day of a national strike! It was nice to also have basics for breakfast - tea coffee milk juice toasts and jam, etc. I’d thoroughly recommend Sylvia’s place and would stay here again.

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

Stay well beyond our (already high!) expectations! Emanuela welcomed us in the best way and we immediately felt at home, her textbook hospitality really won us over. She was an impeccable host, always available and very kind. The accommodation is a splendid estate immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those looking for an oasis of tranquility in contact with nature. The photos really don't do justice to the house, which is very spacious, and the beautiful garden.

Thank you a great stay. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and even took the bus one day. It was nice to stay on the other side of the river. Felt more like Italy than tourist. Saturday there was a market that was great. There is a large flight of stairs to get to the unit. We managed and the porch was so peaceful. The lemon tree was beautiful and we did resist picking them. Thanks I would Stay again

We love the apartment! It is on the ground floor and faces the street, but it is still very private and quiet. All the rooms matched the photos and were perfectly tidy and clean. The location is great, away from the center and the mess, close to public transportation to anywhere, with restaurants, markets and bars around. Everything was wonderful, Alfredo was very attentive answering our questions and making check-in flexible. We love the accommodation and the city, we already want to go back!

we only had the pleasure of staying one night and arrived late but Marco was extremely accommodating , everything was very comfortable and clean! And we got to see Ugo (puppy) who was very sweet and also welcoming 🤭🐕 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️🥰

Great Great Great location - it’s in the center of the historical city center. It’s blended well into the surroundings yet very clean, cozy and spacious. Teresa greeted us and showed us everything we need during our stay. We truly enjoyed our stay at her place!

Marco offers a relaxing B&B, with more rooms available and is well cared for, out of the chaos and with large outdoor spaces. Everything is functional, from parking, to the garden, to check-in times, to breakfast made with great care. It's a refreshing place and he's extremely positive and welcoming. I'm a host myself, too, and if I could give him 10 stars and 10 praises the view. Thank you for everything.

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

Super accomodation in a quiet outer Florence district away from tourist masses in the city centre, yet just 15 minutes via regular train connection from the centre. Definitely a great starting point for experiencing Tuscany off the beaten path. Mariagrazia helped us with late check-in and was a great host overall. The quality/price ratio on this one is excellent and the bonus in form of every day traditional Italian breakfast and room service is awesome. Definitely recommend this one and would love to visit again 🙂

We spent a fantasic weekend!! very relaxing atmosphere, the room we were given was perfectly clean and we found it lovely. comfortable bed, Amazing breakfast with homemade jam and pies. we had the chance to try a finnish sauna and a sensory shower, located in a new spa two steps away from the central building. 5 stars rating, we recommend it!!

Irene is a terrific host and goes above and beyond to help you in any way possible. The B&B was beautiful and sits high up on the hill overlooking the city of Florence below. From our bedroom we saw the dome of the Duomo and enjoyed the breeze coming in our window. Cappuccino and delicious breakfast made each morning a pleasure. Top notch service, pristine bed and bath room and lovely views. This was a high mark in our 2 week Italian trip.
