House holiday rentals in Province of Prato

Amazing two story room with an amazing view to the hills of Tuscany, highly recommend. We came in very late as well at around 23:30 and the host stayed up and welcomed us despite the late hour.

Great location, better than in the pictures (especially the pool and surrounding), Cinzia very responsive, she even managed to get Wifi which I wasn’t aware that it wasn’t available. Please also note that you will have to pay extra for water and electricity which was Eur 250 for one week

An excellent and peaceful place to stay. The view is absolutely stunning, pool was lovely, and there rooms are more than spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Unless you are planning on staying only there, you do need a car. With a car, the shops were 10 mins drive away and the train station < 10 mins with free parking.

Very nice host, he very quickly ruled on messages. The place was very nice and the hot tub was of course a highlight. We would come back.

Everything was great, there also was a massage chair :)

We had a wonderful stay ! The house is very nice as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, the main bathroom in modern and very nice. The second bathroom is a little dated but does the job. Airconditioning is in the kitchen/ livingroom but the walls are very thick so the bedrooms stayed fairly cool (it was 38-40 ° C when we stayed - airing though in the morning and keeping the aircon running). The garden was very private, big and enclosed so the children were able to run around freely. The whole compound was very nicely kept. The pool was beautiful and all visitors were nice and respectful. I would recommend having a car when staying due to shopping and visiting the nice Tuscan villages and cities. They are all about 20min-2hr drive away. Leonardo is a great host. He greeted us personally and was very eager to make it as comfortable as possible. Quickly responded and evens organised a baby bed. We will definitely come again.

We had a lovely stay full of good vibes from beginning to end! Casa Manilo is a place full of heart and history, in a beautiful and quiet location nestled on the hills. It's very well equipped and taken care of, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Max (and Nico) was such a friendly, generous and personable host. I can't recommend this wonderful place enough and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

I wanted a place that was close to the University of New Haven Prato Campus. It was less than a 3 minute walk. The castle ruins, museum and duomo were all a quick walk. The train station was walkable as well and the grocery store was less than a 3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping to choose from. The host was helpful and quick to answer questions. Very clean flat! I truly enjoyed my stay!

Together with my girlfriend, we stayed in this beautiful apartment, clean, tidy, IMPECCABLE. We had a great time, Andreas is a fantastic, nice, and also super helpful person, he made us feel immediately as if we were at home, he gave us advice right away on what to visit and above all where to eat. If you like tranquility, peace, and serenity, go there because it really is a quiet area. Strategic location with all the basic necessities nearby One thousand percent safe WE WILL RETURN

Beautiful location, Stunning views and immaculate accommodation would definitely recommend. Great host very helpful and responsive. Driveway from main road not paved (circa 1 mile) so something to be aware of , don’t be put off it is worth the views. Fantastic place.

Great impeccable stay, cleanliness and residence space. It's not hard to find, but for location you have to take metro and buses to get to the residence. It is a little far from firenze, we rent a car to get around on the days we stay, by car is 30 minutes to firmze and attractions in Pisa as well. Tuscany and wine routes about 40 minutes by car. For those who like to stay further from the center is a good place, there is a market about 14 minutes walking. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning in the room, but since the house is cold it is almost not necessary to use it. It has all the necessary utensils.

We stayed for a work tip and found this place to be perfect for our needs. Chiara is an extremely responsive host and her place is set amongst a stunning backdrop! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spacious place, just as in the photos, everything worked well and there is excellent wifi. Alessandro was there to meet us, even though we were delayed at the airport. He made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the station, and there are lots of nice places to eat and drink within walking distance. The locals were very friendly, and kind when we tried to speak Italian! Thank you for a lovely stay, Alessandro!

it was an unbelievable stay at Guilianos, clean and sizable with amazing rooms in a really nice location. giuliano and his daughter Serena were amazing hosts who were always available to help when needed, and gave great recommendations. Serena also picked us up and dropped us off when we needed which above and beyond. thank you so much guys!

Very clean and cozy house with private green backyard. Very quiet area with beautiful surroundings. Accommodation is equipped with everything you need.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The house is located down a hill and is right next to a little river, which in our case was filled enough with water to swim and cool down from the lovely hot weather. We were 8 people in total and still even had a room free at the end. The vesinity was outstanding, surrounded by nature and very cosy. Desiree (the host) was also very helpful with everything and made our stay very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be back! Absolute Gem if you want a detox from modern busy life.

I had a fantastic stay at Alberto’s apartment in Florence. The space was incredibly spacious, charming, and very well equipped with everything I needed. It actually felt much bigger than I expected and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, very close to everything I wanted to see and do. Alberto was very informative when he gave me recommendations when I checked in. One of the biggest perks was the private parking spot right next to the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were welcomed by Giorgia, we had no difficulty communicating with her who speaks French well. The accommodation was nickel on arrival and was well equipped. We would recommend this listing.

It was a wonderful experience! Barbara and Alfiero are wonderful hosts, from the first minute you feel right at home. The house is very nice and cozy, full of nice details, by the guests. Impeccable cleanliness. The garden is beautiful! The location is very convenient, close to everything.
