Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Prato

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

We were a family with teenagers in the accommodation for a week and couldn't have found a better place. Everything was exactly as described. Due to the room in the attic, which was very well air-conditioned, there was always the possibility of retreating. The place was sparkling clean. There was no slightest fault. We were very warmly welcomed by Daniele and his family and personally said goodbye. There were a whole range of tips for restaurants and excursions. I can really recommend the beautiful house without reservation. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much.

Guido's house was absolutely spotless. Clean, cosy, lovely garden, great jacuzzi. The view from to bedroom was fantastic. We loved the company of cat Gianluigi. The house offers everything one needs when on vacation, even more. I absolutely recommend Guido and Francesca's lovely casa. Well done.

The apartment is beautiful and in a quiet location. It is equipped with everything you need and is sparkling clean. In the garden, it is wonderful to have breakfast or enjoy the silence in the evening. The old town is within walking distance. Beautiful towns nearby to visit and of course the great Tuscan landscape. because it was so hot, we went to the beach for a day, which is an hour's drive, so it's easy to do. Barbara and her family are friendly and welcoming. Recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Licio has been one of the best hosts I've had on Airbnb. Everything was great. I also fell in love with his house, the passage and all of Chianti. I hope to return!

Beautiful country villa, spacious, clean quiet, private, wonderful surroundings. Hosts were absolutely lovely, kind, and made the stay wonderful.

Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

We've just returned from a fantastic 4 night stay at Gianmarco's lovely house. It's exactly as described. We visited as a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 very young children), the house catered for us perfectly. Lots of space, very clean, child friendly with all the right amenities and super peaceful. Gianmarco, his wife and their dog live on-site but we never heard from them unless we needed something or asked for advice - they were then super responsive. Gianmarco was very helpful and friendly in the build-up to our stay with local recommendations. We would return in a heartbeat. We used the house as a base to visit Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa. A car is required to get around as the house is located in a semi-remote village (which has excellent shops and restaurants). Thanks so much Gianmarco!

The villa is situated on the outskirts of Greve in Chianti. For us it was a perfect location - enjoy country views yet walkable to the town centre for restaurants and shops. Four double rooms, each with an ensuite/shower. Everything you need for a great time - swimming pool, terrace with built in BBQ. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and large range cooker. Kitchen table was ideal as we could all fit round and it made the kitchen the social hub as we used the comfy lounge for those quieter moments. Definitely recommend. We would be happy to go back.

Beatrice is a great host! She welcomed us very warmly and toured the house with us. She also gave us several recommendations for things to do in the area, which we greatly appreciated. The house was spotless and the exterior layout is breathtaking. The sunrise in the morning was amazing if you're lucky enough to see it. The house is a little far from big cities so I recommend a car to make it easier to get around.

Breathtaking Tuscany location! The stone home was beautiful and comfortable. Our family had an amazing time at this home. It had a lot of storage and was extremely clean and spacious. Federico is the best Airbnb host we have ever had. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The kids were able to enjoy the pool. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. I would highly recommend a stay here.
