This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Spacious apartment well equipped kitchen, comfortable surroundings it feels like home. The grounds are immaculate it is designed to make you feel comfortable. Biggest challenge is that it's so nice you don't want to leave. We are using it as a base camp as we travel through Italy. Nice sense your location for that. You will need a car but five kilometers away there is a train station. Short drive to all needed groceries and other times. If we come back to Italy we will try to stay here.

We were greeted by Vanessa, a very kind and helpful person ( she anticipated check-in at our request and gave us many tips on where to eat nearby) , the room was just like the description but above all very clean! I recommend Vanessa and her home to everyone! Thanks!!

We stayed overnight in an off-season period, with our three dogs with whom there was no problem on the part of Vanessa, warm and clean room, very spacious and on the ground floor with fenced outdoor space available. Great accommodation, Vanessa's husband was very kind in giving us useful directions to organize the day and walks. Everything is very positive, we will certainly return with a few more days available because there are so many things to see.

Since booking, Vanessa has been an attentive and available host. We were passing through and although we only stopped one night she was able to recommend a great restaurant according to our needs, indicate a very detailed itinerary and finally find us a fisherman who gave us a fantastic boat ride. The guest house is very nice, well-kept and very clean, the room was very large and perfect for us who were 4 of us. Very easy to find, with a nice outdoor space that surely in summer is perfect to enjoy the end of the day. We can only recommend this great solution!

Special place which was absoutely beautiful felt peaceful and was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Perfect way to feel away from the hussle and the crowds. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Felt privileged to enjoy a wonderful stay at Tenuta Ca 'Zen!

Stefania is a perfect hostess, super attentive to the satisfaction of her hosts. It's always available and has great tips about the surrounding area. The house is very beautiful and perfectly equipped. Its central location is perfect for shining in the area.

Great apartment with directly adjacent swimming facilities behind the garden. The dining option in the covered conservatory was ideal at any time of day with plenty of seating. We used one of the bicycles available, and we took the rest with us, which is highly recommended to explore the island. Leo was also always immediately available when we needed him or had any questions. Our stay was great and we would come back anytime. Thank you again.

Very clean and welcoming structure with all the services! In case of doubts or concerns, he was always active, too bad we were only there for one night because it was like being at home! A magnificent experience. Elisa and Riccardo's house is very comfortable and within walking distance of the center. The weather did not help, but the location, the garden, the small pool, the solarium, the patio are definitely to be tried again in spring or in an autumn more lenient. House is equipped with every comfort. Also comfortable for 4 but for two people it is perfect. We will definitely be back. Elisa was very kind and caring. Thank you so much for everything.
